Aside from a higher end salon I think this is the best place to get your nails done in Kalamazoo. The salon is clean and the staff are polite. I've never found communication to be an issue. I get acrylic nails with shellac polish plus fills and pedicures. I stick to one nail technician because I absolutely love his work. I get constant compliments on the shape. I would suggest an appointment. Because they are a smaller salon and busy they tend to fill up and that limits their ability to accommodate walk-ins. Read Less

I called and no one answered the phone. 5 mins later someone from Vina nails calls me back and asks me what I need. I inquire about pedicures. She tells me the price and tells us to come on over. We were 2 blocks away. We get there and the lady informs us she needs to check her book and can get us in at 630pm. It was 1230. I've been going to Vina for a couple months now. The staff is polite, the salon is clean and the prices are reasonable. My gel nails never chip. I've only had one bad experience where they messed up on one of my nails and tried to argue that it looked fine so that they didn't have to fix it. Once they knew I was upset they eventually fixed my nail. All over a good nail salon. Read Less

Super nice owners and well trained staff. The salon is clean and tidy. I wish they would be OPEN on Sundays and close Mondays instead. It doesn't make sense to me that it is closed on weekend when they would get more business. Read Less
