This place is amazing I will definitely make this my regular nail salon. They’re very friendly and personable! They are kind and funny. The service was great I enjoyed the company and was very pleased with the outcome of my experience. I will recommend this place to everyone to try it is phenomenal and they are not afraid to have a conversation with you which is great! Me & my boyfriend brought our moms here for Mother's day & I couldn't be happier. They had manicures, pedicures and me & my mom got a full set. I feel like I finally found a good nail shop after all of my horrible experiences with so called highly rated shops in Kalamazoo. We all loved our nails, the quality of work was excellent, the nail techs were friendly, and the pricing was awesome! I can honestly say this is the first shop I've been to in this area that made me feel like they were more focused on doing my nails rather than being rude, trying to up sell or squeeze every dime they could possibly get out of me! An ok experience. Had pedicure and color change on nails with French manicure. It's not the cleanest place. No frills. Minimal color selection. The young lady who did my pedicure was super nice. The pedicure was pretty good. My feet are very smooth but it wasn't quite as good a job as I've had done at other places. A young man did my nails. They look amazing. He really did know his stuff. But when I paid I was charged $55. Hmmmm not sure what I was charged for. Cause that's very high! Along with pedicure with design on big toe..($5) He cut and filed fingernails and did a white tip. Wow! Just speechless! I was there today, for a 5pm appointment with Trung. He is SO extremely nice! This was the very first time that I didn't feel awkward, uncomfortable or rushed. Because it did take me a minute to pick out what color is wanted, and he didn't mind at all. He was so helpful and it's like he read my mind on what I wanted. He is so super talented. His talent, hospitality, and just overall everything, is just great. I have FINALLY found my FOREVER nail salon. I... fully trust Phantastic Nails Salon. So much talent. Love this place. I have Trung do my nails and he is absolutely amazing. Every other place I've been to hurt me when they do my nails buy not him. We had an appointment and I asked if I could add a pedicure and was told we didn't plan on doing a pedicure so...basically it was a no. I thought that was weird since usually nail salons always try to get you to add on more and more. Nails never really dried and my manicurist never removed extra paint around my fingers and cuticles. Mom and I show up to have nails done for Mother's day.  Made the appointment for 3:30.  They wrote the appointment down wrong and we were turned away quite rudely.  How would we even had our nails done when there was only 1 person working?  Thanks a lot - spoiled my Mother's day gift. Read Less

I've been here before, & had an excellent Pedi from Liz. This time around I had a different lady that did my Pedi, & noticed my heels were still dry after. I asked nicely if they could use the scraper on my feet because they usually do, & the lady said she didn't have energy, & she wasn't feeling well. I'm sorry, but if you're not well enough to do your job, you shouldn't be at work. I pay for a service, it should be done right the first time. Read Less
