Very dissatisfied with the service. The pregnant women was snatching my feet and mumbling instead of opening her mouth to ask me to do something while getting my pedi. I politely asked if she would speak up as I couldn't hear her. I guess she didn't like that. She gave me the worst nail job ever. I will never go back! Read Less

First time going the guy gave me the worst pedicure of all. I had my acrylic s taken off he used some type of tool to take them off. He ripped off layers of my nails doing so. He said he could treat my thumb nail it had to grow out. I don't believe him! The manicure overall was terrible. I don't recommend this place yo no one. I've had better experiences at a nail salon. Wait time was reasonable. Nail polish selection was okay. Didn't really find the color I was looking for. The guy who did my nails was pretty friendly, but cut one of my fingers and made me bleed. The painting job was mediocre. There was a bubble in one of the nails and he fixed it no problem. However, I found another one after they had already dried, which was annoying.  Probably won't be going there again. Read Less

Do not get your eyebrows done here! The wax they use is old and the stick is unsanitary. After getting my eyebrows done my entire forehead was broken out very crazy like for 5 days. The nail quality is actually decent but the customer service could use alot work, overall there's plenty of other nail shops in Kalamazoo, no reason to go to this one.Read Less

I was very disappointed with the experience I had at lovely nails.  It took two hours to get a mani-pedi.  We both got the same thing.  The pedicure turned out okay, nothing fancy just French tip.  The manicure is where the disappointment kicked in.  I had recently gotten no chip manicure done in Chicago and it had peeled off, leaving mt nails I'm poor condition.  I asked they be rounded off and buffed then clear coated.I asked three times for round and eventually requested a nail file and did it myself.  I was told to remove my current polish on my own.  And they did not get buffed out at all.  I couldn't believe that j paid for basically doing the job myself.  Do not plan on going back.  There were three people waiting when we left because only two people were working.Not to mention the place could use a clean up and coat of paint.
