I took my daughter here yesterday 1/1/2018 for her birthday they were very friendly. However, I believe I was very over charged we both got full sets, the only “extra” was I asked for white tips. It cost me $88 (w out tip) dollars according to there pricing they over charged me by about 25-30 dollars. Not impressed Read Less

I was in yesterday morning. Needed a manicure and color. There were 2 other people getting pedis when I walked in so they were not busy at all. I ended up with two cuticles cut and bleeding and one finger under the nail cut with the nail file. I could have stayed home and applied the polish the lines were jagged when he was done and there was a lot of debri in the bottle or on the brush not a nice smooth finish. Will never go back. I love going here. Everyone is really friendly and they all do amazing work. I am never disappointed. I've had one set of shellac paint chip off faster than expected, but when I went back they were over apologetic and very willing to fix them. Will be returning for the foreseeable future!Read Less

Very disappointed with the service today. I made an appointment for mani-pedi's for myself and my daughter-in-law. The gal that took our names wrote down that we were having mani-pedi's. We waited 15 minutes and then were not even seated together. When the pedicures were finished they had us sit in the middle of the salon to dry the nails. 10 minutes later they came to collect the money. When we said we had requested both, no one seemed to know what to do. Again we waited and then they seated us separately. They kept telling us we would be next and then they would wait on someone new that walked in. Neither one of us received a hand massage and the manicure was terrible. No apologies were given. Very disappointed with my experience in here today. I called at 5:15 and specifically asked what would be a good time for a couple of pedicures - for me and my daughter. I was told 6:00. A few mins before the hour, we walk in and put our names down for the requested service. They are always moderately busy so I don't mind a bit of a wait. However, at no point in time was I greeted nor given any updates on appointment time. I watched customers cash out so I fully anticipat...ed being called next...but still we sat. A full 32 minutes past my appointment time, another client walks in. She was greeted, told to write her name on the book. Then within moments her pedi chair was filled and she was ushered right in. I have recommended this place to friends on more than one occasion. I truly hope this was a singular event but not one I had patience to endure for this night. Friendly staff but the guy I had made my cuticles/nails bleed while doing gel nails. I understand a little pain since my finger nails are super short to begin with. He kept going even when my fingers were bleeding profusely, even got my blood on the file. Not impressed with the nails in the end plus my fingers are achy. Read Less
