Just went today to save time, not happy with services at all--NOTHING was clean, not any of the materials used on my nail (rusty clippers, old files, dirty cups for acetone). The whole place is quite run down. I got a French manicure that the white part didn't cover the complete tip of my nails, and it was poorly shaped. The prices are very reasonable. The pedicure massage chairs are newer. The service is fair, as there is a heavy language barrier. I loved the foot and leg massage that came with the pedicure. The place was recently renovated but already looks worn and not well maintained or very clean. However, the sanitization process for their utensils seems up to standard. This place is god awful. The guy who did my nails did a HORRIBLE job. And the lady that was also working did nothing the whole time. She sat in the phone and talked instead of doing work. I got an almond cut type nail shape and the guy sanded sound the nail so thin! On top of that, he made them crooked! Horrible horrible service. DO NOT go here! They are also overpriced!! Read Less

The guy that did my nails wasn't paying attention to what he was doing. He was to busy talking to everyone working there or other customers that walked in. my nails turned out like crap. The air brush missed parts of the nail and part of the acrilic isn't there where he wasn't paying attention to what he was doing. I tried this place when it first opened and didn't like it. I decided it had been years and it is close to my home, so I would try it again. Bad decision. The pedicure was OK. They weren't busy, but the woman came over and started dong my gel fill. I was OK with it, but I would have preferred she asked me first. It was the worst! I have bumps and dips in half of my nails, they are too thick and the polish job was mediocre at best. Nobody even attempted to talk to me. It wasn't filthy, but it wasn't as clean as I thought it should be. Lots of dust on things. I will not go here again. Read Less

I used to visit this salon frequently, as the service was excellent when they first opened a few years back. Over the years it seems as though the quality of the services provided has gone down, down, down. I get the SAME nail tech every time (despite efforts to avoid him, I still don't know what his name is...) and he rushes to get them done and every time I leave upset. He airbrushed a pattern onto my nails, then went back to go over it again and it looked awful, it wasn't lined up the same, I had them painted and he applied polish so thick it took hours to dry and I ended up with smudge and finger prints in my polish, and on a visit for a fill and french airbrush, the french tips weren't even with the other fingers, and he polished LINT and some other speck of something into two of my nails (and it was very obvious, not something he could've easily missed.)I'm currently looking for a new salon (: Read Less
