I truly do not understand the positive reviews for this place. I've gotten my nails done here three times. The first time they were... okay, I guess. The second, they were awful, and the most recent time, they were awful. I find the staff kind of rude, honestly. The female seems very inexperienced, which... I feel should be stated. My nails were big, clunky, uneven, and the shape was completely wrong. She kept messing up, and just leaving huge, random chunks of acrylic all over my skin. The nails started back beyond my cuticles on a couple of my fingers. She made one completely crooked and tried to blame my finger. Lol. I've had my nails done plenty of times and never had that problem, so... yeah. I'd save your money and go elsewhere, tbh. Read Less

I stopped by this place purely for convience, I usually get my nails done in Kalamazoo but live out here in Paw Paw and thought I would check it out...I just wanted my acrylics taken off. There was no wait...place was empty when I walked in which was fine by me, there was a male and female employee both there, the male acknowledged me right away and asked what I needed...that wasn’t the problem...the female was on her phone SPEAKER and didn’t discontinue or even lower her voice when I came in! Instead I found myself yelling over her to answer the man...she then continued her phone conversation for about 5 minutes before going to the back (which wasn’t completely enclosed) and continued her conversation on speaker phone for another 10 minutes!! She was SO loud the whole building could clearly hear even though she was speaking another language!! So rude and annoying and uncomfortable for myself...not to mention 2 young girls had come in shortly after me and then sat and waited for a good 20 minutes until the woman employee finally came out and got started...no apologies or “sorry for the wait”... Althought the man did an OK job I will NOT be returning...worst customer service ever!!! Read Less

I was able to make a same day appointment. The young man that did my nails was very courteous and did a fantastic job with my nails! I got a new set of acrylic tips, which I usually do just for the holidays and had a specific design in mind and they look just like how I wanted them to! Read Less
