I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE READ THE WHOLE THING I’m currently on tour and came here to get my nails done (I’m definitely not from Michigan) So we went to the closest nail salon by our hotel We got pedicures and a full set. The lady who did my pedicure did a pretty good job but then I sat down to get my full set I wanted red plastic tips and black gel on top to get a cute little peak a boo under my nails (I showed her a picture and everything it was a very basic nail nothing crazy) Well she got out clear tips right after I just told her I wanted red So I said as nicely as I could I said I wanted bright red tips and pointed at the shelf full of tips She grabbed a purple color and I said “no ma’am I wanted red” So she said “get up and get it” So I took a deep breathe and went and grabbed the red tips, came back and sat down and handed her the tips Well I noticed on the reviews that they have a tendency to have crooked nails So when she started gluing the tips almost all of them were slightly crooked But my right index finger was literally pointing to the left so I asked her to fix it She started to remove it and then pulled the drill out and got the red off then put the drill directly on my finger ! And I said “ow” because it hurt and I was starting to bleed So she’s putting a new tip on and it’s crooked again ! So of course I said something and she tries to hand me the tip and said “well you do it” At this point I snapped back with an attitude “you’re a nail tech and I’m paying you to do my nails why would I do it” She then just stopped and moved on to another client and said “he do your nails” So I’m sitting here beyond irritated with long tips on my nails for 45 minutes waiting on the other nail tech who she did tell was finishing my nails so when he got done he started someone else’s and I looked at her and said I thought he was finishing mine ? So she said “get up and tell him, go move over there” So I snapped back with “aren’t you supposed to relay the message” and got up and moved over and he fixed her crooked tips and on my thumb she put two tips on and he had to fix that as well ! He did an excellent job besides the fact I asked for short rounded nails kinda almond but rounded and he gave me stilleto but at that point I was finished dealing with this ghetto nail salon and I paid and left ! Definitely not sure if I would recommend this place. I left the salon with acrylics and was just not happy with what I paid for. The prices were decent but my nails weren't. The acrylic was crooked and uneven, left hand was longer than the right, cuticles were not taken care of, hands were dry and the skin on the edges of my nails were broken. As well as 2 sore fingers. I will not be going back to this place again. I do not think my money was well spent even after correcting the nail tech several times. Very unhappy. Read Less

WARNING.. this place is horrible to purchase a gift card from. Our Father purchased a $75 gift card from this place during Christmas for my sister. She just went there to have her nails done today and they told her the gift card expired on February 5th and refused to honor the Gift card purchased at Christmas time. He purposely purchased this for my Sister's Jamaica trip and told them it would be in the middle of March before she used it. They said that would be fine and let him pay the $75... knowing well they wouldn't honor it. That is horrible and these people are dirty crooks!!! Read Less

Friendly, but the lady was slow and sloppy. I left with acrylic all over my fingers and some of my nails were angled. I'm not sure how long she's been doing nails, but she wasn't good at all, nor confident. Read Less

I was in the area this weekend to attend a local wedding and stopped in for a mani-pedi as soon as they opened Saturday morning. There were 3 ppl working and 5 customers all at once. We were all shuffled from one employee to another like an assembly line. Part of a $75 mani-pedi (yes, this place is over priced) should include a  sense of pampering and relaxation. Definitely not here. And as I'm now feeling the bottom of my feet, my heels are rough. Never have I gotten a pedicure only to have  my feet feel worse then they did BEFORE. Chances are I'll never be in that area again but to anyone who is, and is looking for a salon, I advise that you go anywhere but there. Read Less

The woman that works in this place is rude, rough, and unprofessional. She puts nails on crooked, she files your skin, and if she gets a bad review about her mistakes she will confront you about it in front of customers. (How unprofessional to even bring it up) If you want nice nails, and to be treated with RESPECT at this salon, I suggest asking for the man that works here. Read Less

Do not go here. Worst experience I have ever had at nail salon. The nail polish selection is horrible, but there were about 8 vinyl lux colors and about 10 opi colors, so I'm thinking, ok I can make this work. Pick out a vinyl lux. She tells me it's $5 extra. Some places it's extra, but not usually more than $3, and other places have a much better selection. I go back to pick out one of the dated opi colors. Pick a the most neutral one I can find. Sit down, and she whips out a nasty diy sponge remover you buy at Walmart and tells me to remove my polish (pic below). I have no idea how many fingers have been in that thing. But I do it. I was desperate for a manicure, and didn't have a ton of time. Then I started hearing this annoying nursery rhyme music, like kids singing itsy bitsy spider. It was louder than the television. It was her baby monitor, on full volume. I totally understand wanting to be able to hear your baby sleeping in the back room, but to play it as loud as she did, with that music was unprofessional. After I was done with the manicure (about 15 minutes later) she tells me it's $16, sign says $15. I usually don't ask about things like this, but since the experience was horrible, I did. She said its $1 extra for opi. Wth?! I have never heard of such a thing. She ended up giving me my dollar back, but was huffy about it. I know this review sounds petty, but I honesty have never given a 1 star to anything in my life. The one pro is that it was quick. For $15 seems like the average price for a manicure, and this was definitely below average. Read Less

It is very confusing walking in there.  No reception desk or guidance. Bunch of hand written signs that say first come first serve.  None of the staff greeted me.  After sitting in the folding chairs for about 5 minutes scanning the dirty surroundings I decided to leave.  The nail polishes that were on display had old nail polish all splashed down the sides and were covered in dust.  I didn't trust that the equipment they were going to use was clean based on the surroundings.  They only accept cash, Visa, and Mastercard. Got my nails done this tuesday for a wedding, later that night i noticed they were lifting around the cuticle..called to go in and get them fixed..went in friday and guy refused to fix because he thought they looked fine..everyone i showed was shocked they wouldnt fix them after three days! I spent over $35 on getting them done for a wedding im in this weekend and now im screwed and have to find somewhere else to get them fixed and pay the extra money i dont have being a single mother of two! Great price and great job.  It is $38 for a mani/pedi combo but I did some add-ons and got the gel polish that lasts for weeks, so it was $60 for all of that.  Very professional and looks great.  They also do wonderful free hand nail art on real nails.  Highly recommend. Read Less
