Soooo disappointed! These are the worst pink and whites I have ever gotten. They're flat, flare up, and are super wide like duck's feet. Horrible shaping!!!! Natalie was my tech. I needed my old acrylics removed. She did not soak them off, she pried them off! My fingertips were so sore last night, and even today!!!! I used to see Sean at Star Nails in Clarkston and he was amazing. He sold and I am desperately searching for a new place that actually knows what they're doing. I went in last Saturday and asked the girl to do my shellac this certain way that works for me and my life style.... she acted annoyed but did it just rushed through and never let the color set. My nails all bubbled and I went back yesterday and she blamed it on the fact that I didn’t get a manicure so I did Wednesday when I went back and she charged me full price! I will never return to this nail salon. And my nails still have bubbles and aren’t done the way I need them to be! So in five days I’ve spent $70 on my nails and I’m still not happy! Read Less

What a nice group of people! Every time I've come in for my pedicure, the team here does such a great job. Very clean, beautiful salon and a super nice owner. I will for sure keep coming back. Never again! I hadn't been in a nail salon in a year so I decided to treat myself for working hard. I spent only 15 minutes in the pedicure chair. The tech forgot to put top coat on my toes because she was rushing. She then decided to cut my finger nails down to the quick on my right hand. I remained kind and calm and said it's fine they will grow back when she realized I was disappointed. I was hurried over the the drying station where my tech never came back to check on me. In totally I spent 30 minutes here which was not the relaxing pampering time I was hoping for. Lastly they put my polish into their inventory which I had to search for. I always get a good mani/pedi here. However, when the manicurist's aren't busy, they are always on their phones. With this business being as busy as they are, there is always something to do or to be cleaned up. If the manicurist's are not busy, it would be nice to see them using Lysol wipes to clean up each table after each customer gets a manicure. The furniture needs to be wiped down as well. My manicurist just brushed off the area after my manicure. I really think it should be sanitized between each customer. In addition, the staff rarely converses with the customers. I don't think the manicurist even thanked me for my 20% tip! Customer service matters! Read Less

My experience here was pretty nice. The atmosphere here is beautiful for a nail salon! It was very clean and nicely decorated. My manicurist was Snow (spelling?)!and she was nice and did a pretty good job on my hand painted French, acrylic, shellac manicure. I was pleased that when I called, they said they would make time for me to walk in. My only complaint is that I'm not familiar with the area and when I mapped it, it appeared on the Maps app to be way further down than it actually is. Read Less

Actually went there yesterday, my friend lives in the area. We both went for a fill (previous nails are from a other salon). My lady was a perfectionist. I requested oval nails and they are all perfectly filed. She cut off some of my old nails and re shaped them because she didn't like the way the other salon did my nails. I also used shellac polish (highly recommend) my nails have never looked better. I am highly satisfied. The prices were a little high. But as far as I'm concerned, you get what you pay for. Amazing place, very relaxing and fast. Ben did my nails and he was so upbeat and a good conversationalist. You can tell he's been doing it for a while. Some places the people just don't talk to you anymore and it makes you feel awkward. My nails look amazing, he even had suggestions of colors I should go with which was nice. Great price for the find in a small town. Love this salon. I discovered it when I moved out to lake Orion and it is the only place I'll go to now. Request Bryan-he's awesome, friendly, very particular and I'm always satisfied. My shallac lasts me at least 3-4 weeks. Very clean, nice decor, all very friendly. They are very busy, so make an appointment to avoid waits. Appointments are very easy to get, even same day! Nice staff, looked cleaned. First time there and don't think I will be back. Im usually easy to please, but my shellac has huge uneven areas and dips in it.
