Very unprofessional.. waited 10 minutes before being greeted.. only reason I was acknowledged was because of the ups man walked in.. I told the woman the services I needed which was eyelashes and eyebrows.. she asked me to wait a few minutes & it was only 3 people ahead of me.. another young lady walked in, waited with me and made her way to the back to sit down after picking out a color.. I was there before her.. I then asked how long will it be she then stated 40 minutes after I’ve already been waiting 20 minutes.. i've been here twice now. the first time my nails started lifting after a week, i thought maybe it was the nail techs fault or a mistake was made, even though i've had acrylics many times and this has never happened. i came back in exactly 2 weeks later with my horribly lifted nails, and was told i'd have to get an entire new set after the fill in because of the lifting. but i thought that since i had a different nail tech they'd stay on better this time. i was wrong. the next day my nails had lifted again. and now, less than a week later, 2 of my nails have almost ripped off and im having to glue them down until i find somewhere to fix them. the workers either haven't received proper training, or just dont care enough to properly prep for acrylics. I️ went to Tina’s nails to get a full face wax and I️ wake up the next morning and I️ have severe burns on my face. The wax felt hot and I️ didn’t anything about I️t, until I️ woke up and have four burns on my face. I️ have been calling in order to get in contact with someone as I️ am frustrated and upset. They open up at 9:30 and I️ have been calling for 15 minutes with no one answering the phone. I️ will never go there again. I was offered water, pop, wine, or tea while receiving my pedicure. Everyone was nice. I have never had too many good experiences especially with pedicures and shellac. Usually is it only 1 or 2 people at a nail salon that do good work. Everyone does good work at this place. And a very good job with eyebrows. They have good prices and good customer service. Very bad experience here this past weekend. I typically go to Diamond Nails right off of 696/Greenfield, but during my last visit there one of the girls filed one of nails down too much and it was misshapen. I had always seen Tina's salon when I would drive down Greenfield and decided to step in last Friday. First, there was some confusion with the sign-in list and they were overlooking people who had been waiting. No big deal -- it happens. I didn't mind the wait since it was midday Friday. The tunes playing were great as well. Now typically I try to avoid male techs because they are too rough and never listen (I wish I had trusted my gut)! The tech that called me over was loud and obnoxious and he ended up drilling into my skin, which was painful and caused burning. He also didn't bother to ask how much of my nails I wanted him to trim down -- He just started grinding them down, plus the paint job was sloppy. When I complained that the skin around my nail was stinging and hurting he applied Neosporin to my skin. Just what I want someone with dirty hands apply topical products to an open wound. You know he's horrible when he has Neosporin on standby at his station. The next day, the area began bleeding and 5 days later it's now red and swollen. I'm treating it with antiseptic and Neosporin and hoping it doesn't get infected. That was my first and last visit here. Tina needs to get her people in check. Read Less

Nail care is something I squeeze and every little minute counts. I called Tina at 6pm and said I will be there at 7:30 and gave the nail of the tech I preferred. I arrived at 7:20.. Early right? Wrong. Tina told me I was the second person who called when I signed in and her husband came up to me and told me to never do "that" again as he shook his finger at me. Very clean nail salon and professional staff. They do a great job! I had a nail tech for over 10 years and one day when she was unavailable, I went to Tina's spa and I've been going ever since. I never have an issue getting my nails and toes done exactly how I want. They listen good to direction. They are fast even when it gets busy (usually more busy in the Summer and on weekends). Tina or Johnny usually do my nails on my hands. For pedicure services, I allow any available staff to work on me and everyone I've encountered does a great job. The 90's R&B music playing over the speakers is a plus!! They have a punch card customer loyalty program too that provides a $13 credit after 10 visits. Read Less

TRASH. I liked this place until I got shellac and had to get it re done bc it chipped in 2 DAYS. Then talked to whoever about getting it done again bc it started to SPOT a DAY after the re-do and they would not re do it or give me my money back. Cheap products!! I went there this afternoon and asked for an acrylic fill. She asked if I wanted to take my length down and I said a little bit. She then proceeded to take all of the length down and leave it to my fingertips. I was very unhappy about this. While she was shaping the nail with the drill she cut my finger 3 times and then when filing gave me a burn on my finger with the nail file. When I asked her to do a simple design on my ring finger (stripes) she said that she didn't know how to do that and wouldn't do the design for me. I went on Saturday afternoon to get my nails done and I usual get shellac but I got regular polish instead. When I woke up on Sunday my nails looked really bad they were all chipped. I went back today to see about getting them fixed. Everyone looked dumb founded even the girl that did my nails. I was told that their regular polish only last one day. Mind you my sister got her nails polised as well that day and here nails are just fine. And when I said well I will pay the pric...e difference and have them redone in shellac I was told that I would get a 5 dollar discount. When I said no I will just have them re polished he said to some girl who was rude that everyone was working for commission and I would have to wait. I showed the girl my receipt to prove to her when I was there and what I payed she threw it. Everyone was rude and kept telling me oh well. I spend a lot of money there because I send my mom and my daughter there also my sister goes there. I did not see a sign that says your nails are only good for one day. Had a pedicure and gel manicure. The service was great and I was done within an hour. They offered drinks when I was getting a pedicure, the music is great, and most importantly they're very CLEAN! Definitely recommend. My nails look great Read Less

i went there 3 times and their pedicures are not bad but the manicures are horrible!!!! i paid $25 for a gel manicure and it lasted 3 days and looked like a 5 year old child did it. i do not recommend going there whatsoever horrible horrible place!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Read Less
