I have been a regular mani/pedi client at Red Door for a number of years, and if i were writing this in january, i'd give them four or five stars.. but about two months ago they changed the service menu - and increased the prices by 20-30% while decreasing the length of services (for example, a regular pedicure is now 35 minutes instead of 50 - a 30% cut in time, while increasing in price by 20%!) and the quality of the service has plummeted. technicians are rushed, and not...hing is relaxing. feet are left rough instead of smooth, and everyone is running around like crazy. my last 2 pedicures (under the new service) lasted less than 2 weeks each before they looked so bad i removed them and redid the polish myself, whereas they used to last 3-4 weeks. additionally, the change to CND gel, while a better product, resulted in the number of colors available being reduced by half and the colors are all dark and winter and boring. same on the regular essie colors - with the introduction of the CND vinyllux product, the number of regular essie polish colors available has been cut by half, replaced by the vinylux, which has an upcharge and which, in my case, chipped after less than 2 days. once i've finished my manicure series pre-purchase (and they've ditched the ability to purchase series as well), i'll be going somewhere new unless red door realizes they are not twice as good as any other spa in the DC area and returns to providing a quality, relaxing experience at a competitive price point. Paid $175 in order to receive the extra $25 plus $15 promo. Didn’t realize the $40 worth of promos expired so soon on jan30th . When I called 1 week later ( first week of feb.) To make sure they would still honor it , the rude woman at Bellmore NY location, who kept cutting me off, on the phone said they wouldn’t honor it and wouldn’t do anything for me. I would never buy a gift certificate from them ever again. For a huge corporation shame on you!

My The Red Door Spa experience at WigWam was surreal. From the very second I walked into the spa, I was greeted by professionals situated in a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. My therapist, Letty, was amazing. She was skilled, attentive and created a perfect spa experience. When in the Phoenix area, The Red Door Spa is the only spa I was go to from now on.

A fabulous facility! John gave me the best massage I have EVER had! He found spots that I have wished all of my other therapists had hit! The steam room was the perfect follow-up. Then, the shower and all of the Arden products out and available(you don't have to ask or purchase!) hair dryers and brushes were the perfect finale! All of this at a terrific price! I walked out ready to go to dinner. Thank you John! Deborah

So disappointed since I could not have my appointment since central booking put my appointment in for the wrong time so when I arrive at the Garden City location after being stuck in traffic I was told my appointments was later than I booked but I could not wait and then I was back into traffic. I was told this happens more often than not. If this is common occurrence why can't it be controlled? I am afraid I may no longer use RED DOOR. I am glad I. This economy they are strong enough to loss the little people!

I have been stressed to the max for the past 6 weeks as I have been working full time and spending time after work at the hospital and rehab with my brother who suffered a stroke. When a friend recommended a facial I jumped at the chance! The ambiance was very posh and tranquil. The relaxation room was so amazing! I received my facial from a lady named Kaveeta...and trust me the woman's hands are pure magic! I cannot speak highly enough of the treatment I received. I went from super stressed out to falling asleep on her table! Kaveeta definitely has a true gift...healing hands for sure! I left feeling de-stressed, pampered like a queen...like a totally new person! I would definitely recommend the Red Door Spa in Glen Allen, VA and most especially Kaveeta for a truly awesome experience. I can't thank you enough!

Today, I has a spa treatment for myself and a friend. I have to say I am completely disappointed in your customer service. I signed up to get $20 off as a new guest, but never received the email, so you would not honor it, even though I showed the text. There needs to be more flexibility in taking care of the customers. Having been to spas all over the country, not what I expected from Elizabeth Arden.

My The Red Door Spa experience at WigWam was surreal. From the very second I walked into the spa, I was greeted by professionals situated in a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. My therapist, Letty, was amazing. She was skilled, attentive and created a perfect spa experience. When in the Phoenix area, The Red Door Spa is the only spa I was go to from now on.

So disappointed since I could not have my appointment since central booking put my appointment in for the wrong time so when I arrive at the Garden City location after being stuck in traffic I was told my appointments was later than I booked but I could not wait and then I was back into traffic. I was told this happens more often than not. If this is common occurrence why can't it be controlled? I am afraid I may no longer use RED DOOR. I am glad I. This economy they are strong enough to loss the little people!

I received my facial from a lady named Kaveeta...and trust me the woman's hands are pure magic! I cannot speak highly enough of the treatment I received. Today, I has a spa treatment for myself and a friend. I have to say I am completely disappointed in your customer service. I signed up to get $20 off as a new guest, but never received the email, so you would not honor it, even though I showed the text. There needs to be more flexibility in taking care of the customers.
