Customer service horrible. Nails look horrible. Shape looks terrible. My rhinestone nail is messy and had glue all over. Nail tech kept getting on her cellphone while doing my nails . From texting to making calls non stop. This was my 2nd visit and I'll never go back. They don't seem like they clean the pedicure Bowls throughly. There are plenty of other nail salons. Truthfully i would not give them any stars but i wanted to leave a review and inorder to do that i had to press at least 1. They care nothinf about customer service and anyone who does not speak there language. They decide when they want to "close early" without warning even if on paper it says i on weekdays. The employees did not want to tell me the owners name and tried to lock me in the store as well and fake like they were calling the police to try to get me to leave. They also gave me fake names and started talking in there nayive lanuage so that i did not undwrstand what thwy were saying to each other then proceeded to give me attitude. Read Less

I had a extremely HORRIBLE experience here and this was my first time. I live in the area and needed my nails done. Looking at the reviews I figured I would give them a chance. Walking into the place I noticed it was not clean at all and really outdated. Despite the uncleanliness I stayed and received work from one of the techs. The fill in and shellac was done crappy and ended up chipping only after 2 days when it is suppose to last 2 weeks. I am a licensed tech and this was clearly poor work and poor product. When I went back for them to fix it they declined and told me I would have to pay 5 dollars per nail. ( 2 nails were chipping horribly. I walked out and in the process of reporting this establishment to the state of Michigan. For being unlicensed and unsanitary. Please beware and stay away or you take the chance of catching a infection and getting horrible service with horrible product. Read Less

I got shellac and coffin nails and when I left I noticed one of my hand looked horrible! One set looks good and the other it looks like he didn't put enough nail polish! You can see thru the Polish! Went to go back and they were closed! Will be back in the morning!! Read Less
