One of the worst places ever. They people there are horrible and rude. They also will talk about you when you are there. When I went for my pedicure they did it in 8 min but not well. I asked the lady who was doing my feet to slow down cause they took was hurting me and she gave me attitude. And when they had to rub my feet she didn’t do a good job cause she didn’t rub my feet. I asked her why and then she was like you said you wanted it slow right. But when she said that she gave me attitude. This was horrible. I’m never going to that place ever again. Don’t waste your time going there. 🙄

I went here for the first time, I have asked them for manicure pedicure and eyebrow wax. My 6 year daughter accompanied me so she was excited and asked for just a nail colour, she did nail colour for her and she charged her $23 which was like they did not even bothered to tell me how much they are going to charge for a lil girl. The lady who dont even speak english no proper communication did pedicure and I have no idea what is pedicure means no hand massage all she did was nails n colour.....before even she finished asked me to pay money and I like do I have to pay now when I am not even finished , she arrogantly said YES. I just gave my card and she charged me $84 for these serves she charged me {$61}, no bill, no break down and I had to ask her how she charged me??? 6 year old girl stupid nail polish charged me $23 for nothing....I don't mind paying but they need specify how much for each service !!! As customers I guess we deserve this much information, I felt i was fooled and they ignored my request of eyebrow wax and they did not bothered to even mention, no matter how busy you are !!! how can dissatisfy a customer who is paying....you are not doing free of cost for sure !!!! And thanks ....you lost a customer......save ur money girls!!!!i check the reviews and go

Don’t say you open at 930 if there are no workers there. I waited until 950 & still only 1 worker was there. Save yourself time & go to LP nails a few miles away- cleaner & friendlier.

TERRIBLE ! Absolutely terrible! Rude. Disrespectful. Unbelievably terrible customer service. Go somewhere else. The woman doing my nails called over another woman they preceded to laugh at my nail jok...
TERRIBLE ! Absolutely terrible! Rude. Disrespectful. Unbelievably terrible customer service. Go somewhere else. The woman doing my nails called over another woman they preceded to laugh at my nail joking that it was a fungus . I had previously hit my finger on something and my nail bed was bruised. The woman standing over me took my hand and started to play with the woman acting like she was going to put my finger on her. Had there been something wrong with my finger the professional thing to do would have been to tell me that they thought there may have been an issue. Overall this place isn't worth your money, go somewhere else! Oh and to top it off my fill in and polish was messy.

No communication skills which made for a very awkward manicure, wasn't visibly sanitized tools like I'm used to at any other nail place which opens up the sanitized new pack right in front me usually....
No communication skills which made for a very awkward manicure, wasn't visibly sanitized tools like I'm used to at any other nail place which opens up the sanitized new pack right in front me usually. A couple other small things while I was there that irked me but then to top it off I needed change to tip the lady so I went to the front counter because my manicurist never came back to check on me so I could just ask her, and all the employees stared and didn't say a word such as "someone will be right with you" or anything. I'm not a fan of no customer skills, it's really easy and behavior can only change if people stop putting up with bad service.

Love this place! After moving from the area where I had my nails don't for the last...14 years I had trouble finding a new salon. Now that I found DMC Nails I'll never drive an hour for a manicure ever again. Nice facility and the staff are very personable. Soni was quick and did a beautiful job, also fun to talk to!

Wanted to get my acrylics taken off and a manicure. Was in the area so I decided to try this place...never again! The nail tech didn't seem to know how to take acrylics off. He was tugging at the acrylics and hurting me. He then preceded to rush through my manicure. It's day 2 of my manicure and my nail polish is already chipping! Also, the place doesn't appear very sanitary as I watched one of the nail techs give a customer an eyebrow wax as she was getting her nails done. The nail tech would dip the wooden stick in the wax and then walk across the salon to apply the wax. She repeated this several times and used the same stick! There are too many other nail salons around and I will never return to this one.

Went here thinking I was going to get shellac for $25 only to have them tell me after my service was done that it was only $25 for the polish alone. The lady then proceeded to paint my nails with regular polish thinking it was shellac and when it started to scrunch up blamed me for not putting my hand far enough under the light before realizing it was actually her fault. Then not even apologizing acted disgusted and proceeded to rush to redo it and in the process painted my nails to my skin so it was literally stuck like glue. Very dissapointing Birthday Pedicure.

The last time I was here was actually a couple of months ago because my nails lasted FOREVER.I found out about this place from a girl who came into my old job to be interviewed for a position. She had a fabulous mani/pedi and I had to know where she got it. She told me about this place and I am so glad! I came here because she mentioned that they open the doors so you don't get nauseous from the fumes. They are very courteous but don't talk your ear off, are reasonably priced, fast, and I got my first set of gels here that lasted without peeling up, chipping or generally going to pot. Fills are fast and easy and I am in and out in less than 15 minutes! Great experience.

One of the worst places ever. They people there are horrible and rude. They also will talk about you when you are there. When I went for my pedicure they did it in 8 min but not well. I asked the lady who was doing my feet to slow down cause they took was hurting me and she gave me attitude. And when they had to rub my feet she didn’t do a good job cause she didn’t rub my feet. Love this place! After moving from the area where I had my nails don't for the last...14 years I had trouble finding a new salon. Now that I found DMC Nails I'll never drive an hour for a manicure ever again. Nice facility and the staff are very personable. Soni was quick and did a beautiful job, also fun to talk to!
