I never review places but when I went to look up the time they open I was sad to see the poor reviews. Donna does my nails. She is the sweetest person and does an amazing job. After my second visit, she even gave me her number to text ahead to make sure I didn’t have to wait too long. Donna and her husband are very hard working people supporting a son and seemingly working 7 day a week at times. Shame on anyone not giving honest feedback that could affect this family’s ability to support themselves. My Mom and I got a pedicure and gel manicure. Not even 24 hours later my Mom's manicure started lifting and peeling. I called to ask if I could have a refund or come in next week to get them done again. The lady on the phone said she could come in right now to get it fixed but there was no refund and they would not fix it next week. My Mom worked all week so she could not go in right way. My God Daughter went for her first manicure full set with tips only to come home with bloody cuticles. Being that she is only 15 years old she did not speak up with the manicurist repeatedly cut her. Sending a client home with bloody cuticles is not only poor service but extremely unsanitary. I will be sure to report this to the State of Michigan licensing and regulatory board (LARA) first thing tomorrow morning. It isn't about the money my bigger concern is that due to their location (within 12 Oaks Mall), their poor business practices could be putting thousands of clients at risk of infection. I just got my first pedicure here yesterday. Andy did my pedicure, Donna did my best friend’s pedicure. Both were friendly, personable, and professional. We loved the complimentary wine. We got the royal pedicure, so it was a little more expensive, but very worth it. It was very clean in the salon and they had a ton of colors to pick from! Never going here again , I got my eyebrows done which is $10 but they charged my card $30 , a man said he was going to refund my card , he never did , the a lady named holly said she would but didn't and I called back and they said she was on vacation and that the guy did it because she never did , but I till haveyet to get my money back Read Less

Worst nail place I've ever been to! I would rather have no nails then have to go there! 60$ for a full gel set! And 30$ for gel color on my toes , which didn't need a soak off! I paid 90$ for nails that didn't even look good! Save your money and go somewhere else!!! Never again!! Read Less

I got shellac on my nails 6 days ago. 2 days after getting them done they began to chip. Now the shellac has completely lifted. I am absolutely outraged I paid $80. DO NOT GO HERE. I get shellac all the time and they always last at least 2 weeks, sometimes 3 depending on how well I take care of them. Read Less

While I was at twelve Oaks mall enjoying my day, my thumb nail chipped and I needed to fix this conflict. I was close to wonderful nails, and decided to cut my nails being informed that it was free by a worker at wonderful nails. I kept repeatedly asking her if it was actually free and she kept repeatedly answering that it indeed was. So my dumbass self ended up cutting my nails at this horrible salon. When she was finished cutting my nails, she told me to go wash my hands and have a nice day. As I walking towards auntie Annes which was next to wonderful nails, the worker comes from behind me hollering and screaming the fact that I was “supposed to pay”. I stated to her that she had said the nail cut was free but she then started babbling in a different language something about acrylic nails which I didn't even get. She ended up asking me for 3 dollars and I then gave her it. I was infuriated by this awful and disgusting service. I recommend that you never go to this god awful place. The next time I end up going to twelve Oaks mall, I will let them have a piece of my mind and help them understand that what they're doing is not only wrong, but rude. Thank you. Read Less
