My daughter went here 2 weeks ago and left in pain and her nails looked awful! On top of they had an appointment and they sat for 2 hours! So needless to say I had to take her and get them fixed elsewhere! I also have went there and left bleeding and very sore fingers! Every time I make an appointment I have to wait on hour to get my nails done. Why take appointments if you do not honor them, or over book. There are cleaner and more efficient salons in the area. I will not go back to orchid. Read Less

I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE. We sat in the pedicure chairs for 50minutes without any service. We had appointments! And a group of high school girls came in without appointments and they took care of them. Worst place I've ever been. Read Less

Although the staff was friendly, my friend and I had appointments scheduled for 1pm and arrived early. We didn't get sat in a chair until 1:30pm. I get being a few minutes behind, but I made an appointment and walk-ins were seen ahead of us. The tech clipped my skin and I bled. And she ended up having to remove and redo all my polish because their shotty matte clear-coat didn't do it's job. As a new customer, I won't return. Read Less

I haven't been there in a long time but they remembered me I didn't make an appointment but they got me in for a mani/pedi and I only waited 15 minutes. Both nail techs did an amazing job. Stopped here once again based on my fellow Yelper reviews. The staff is nice and friendly and the prices are cheapest I've seen. However, their techniques are terrible!! My daughter got a full set and I got a fill in. Although the staff and I mean everyone was super nice and friendly this place is in desperate need of a good cleaning! I could not believe how unkempt this place was and how disorganized! I found a color I loved and after the tech and I both  realized there really wasn't much left in the polish I offered to change my color if I had to. She said there was plenty left in it to finish the job. I should have insisted she allow me to change the color. My nails look like I let my niece do them at home. The color is blotchy and inconsistent throughout. My nails do NOT look smooth or well polished they look bumpy and JANKY! This would be a good place for teenagers to come to get inexpensive services like eyebrows and mani/pedis' but you won't catch me spending my hard earned money on this place! Read Less

I Live Local An I Was Very Disappointed.. I Wanted An Ombre Pink & White American Manicure & What I Got Was White Chucks In What Ever Gel Or Acrylic The Old Lady Used. The Old Lady Was Too Busy Watching YOUTUBE. Also An Older Lady Walked In & She Was More Concerned About That Customer Then Me. She Gave Me The Impression That Becouse I Was Younger She Didn't Really Care To Service Me. My Nails Where Mis Shapped as Well. My daughter and I went today and had a mani/pedi and had the best time. We didn't have a appt (which I would recommend) and they had time to do my daughter I was going to come another day. Then they said oh come and sit by your daughter and soak your feet. They worked me right in and were so wonderful..We all had a good time laughing and talking. Our nails look fabulous..Had a wonderful day!! Will definitely be going back. Oh couldn't beat the price either. If you pay in cash they generally give discount. Have to call ahead and see if running the cash special. Oh then my daughter got her eye brows waxed. Cheapest I have ever paid for that and awesome job. Kept her arch and they looked great. My daughter is 18 and has been getting eye brows waxed since she was 12, she said it was the best ever, no pain at all. Read Less

Loved it! I got a Mani pedi with black acrylic tips. They spent time cleaning up my toes. :) everyone was very nice & and I will be coming back. They say appointments are suggested and I agree, I got lucky with my walk in. A bit pricey but worth it. She kept checking her work and making sure it was all looking good. Read Less
