I have been going here to get my nails done for 5 years now and I love it. My friends that I take there tend to keep going after their first visit. Tom and Katie are amazing!! WORSE NAIL SALON EVER. I WENT FOR A MANICURE, HAD MY OWN POLISH, THE LADY CUT MY CUTICLES TO THE POINT WHERE THEY BLED THEN SHE JUST POLISHED OVER THEM. I DID NOT GET A HAND MASSAGE ( LIKE MOST SALONS GIVE) AND THEY STILL CHARGED ME $15!! I EVEN TRIED TO ARGUE THE FACT THAT MY CUTICLES WERE BLEEDING. RUDEST ASIANS I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. This place is TERRIBLE! Facility is filty. Parking is very tight & extremely limited. Owner is rude. They waste people's time letting them set up an appoinment, only to tell you when you show up for your "appointment" that you have to wait behind the other walk-ins. When I walked in to schedule my "appointment" for a Shellac Maniacure days in advance to ensure I could get done at a specific time on a lunch break from work, I asked to look at their Shellac colors so I wouldn't waste time the day of my appointment selecting it. The "Shellac" bottles were all actual *GEL*! As you may know, gel has to be removed in the same manner as acrylic with an electric grinder whereas shellac does not which is why many people are opting for this. The bottles were *filthy* and covered in acrylic dust! The rest of the place was very dusty and tables & pedicure stations were old. Upon attempting to try a couple colors of regular nail polish since I determined Shellac wasn't possible, many bottles ha dold polish in them that were sealed shut. Then we get to the actual "appointment." I arrive 2 minutes before my "scheduled appointment time" and told them I was there for my noon appointment for a manicure. The owner said, without looking at me, "you have 2 people waiting ahead of you." I explained that I actually had an appointment and aslo had a 1:00 customer meeting. He said again, without looking at me still, "12:30." I asked, "I can be done by 12:30 ?" (so I could dry). This time, he looked at me and raised his voice to say, "no, two people ahead of you. Start 12:30." I didn't expect anything great at an Asian Nail shop, but I didn't expect to be treated so poorly. Especially since I had been in days in advance to schedule an appoitnment and explained why. RUDE - DIRTY - DISRESPECTFUL - LIARS With so many Asian Nail Shops to go to, I don't see why anyone would want to or need to go here. Read Less
