Called to ask for an appointment today and told them I could be there in fifteen minutes. I was told to come in. Upon arrival, they are very busy. Not a big deal. They tell me to sit in one of the pedicure chairs. The water is cold, but again, not a big deal. 40 minutes goes by, I am not acknowledged and people that came in after me are being serviced. I got up and walked out and no one even said anything. I will spend my money elsewhere. I have given this place several chances and frankly it sucks.

I just called classy to see if I and a few friends could get an appointment the girl on the phone literally laughed. She said good luck and was extremely rude. I then said we can’t get an appointment? She said no. I said could we at least walk in and wait? She said no there won’t be anyone else here to help you. So I hung up. I have never been more disrespected on the phone by an employee. I have had great service in the past but this turns me off to ever wanting to go there again. They need to learn better phone etiquette and some respect.

HORRIBLE service my last visit ! For one they were closing in a hour but I just wanted acrylic set soaked off and shellac instead . My fillin had only lasted a week but I was like oh well whatever they are nice , I’m not gonna complain. First of all , no one wanted to soak my nails off . Total rude vibes , then young girl was like “can I pop them off?” Horrible decision to say yes . She was so rough and she ripped off the ends of my natural nail with the acrylic , telling me it only hurts for a second when I winced . Also asked me while looking nastily at my nails “who did these? “ YOU GUYS , just wow .... Then I was forced to pay $10 removal fee for nails that are so short to the skin and bleeding ! The sign in the salon says $5 for nail soakoff/ removal . It doesn’t say five per hand , and they weren’t soaked off anyways ... the girl new I was mad and even said she would talk to the manager , took my name and number . Well I didn’t hear anything today and some one else I know said this happened to them . I wanted to like this salon , I did for a couple months .... but the service I received was plain horrible my last visit !!!I took this picture today :(((

Been going here for years. Nice place. Busy. Many people, men and women go here. Tony is especially good in my opinion. All do a good job though.

Terrible terrible experience. Went in for shellec picked color out to them not having it wanted keep my natural nails to him filing my nail down to much have get tips put on. Then asked if I wanted powder nails ask cost told $35 figure give powder nails a try. He was going to leave my nails missing color on corners and sides. He fixed that only to leave ridges and seeing differences from fixing nails. 2 hrs 15 minutes and him putting in his own tip $46 for horrible nails of ridges/dips and some nails longer than the other nails some fan out at ends to others looking natural. Owner seen conversation of customer being unhappy didn't do anything to fix my nails. I will not return. And do to this experience and three customers hearing seeing nails left before they got poor service . Owner needs fix problems before customer leaves. Since you didn't want make it right. Here my review

This is my first time in years getting my nails done and I'm thrilled that I found this place. Tony was great, he was gentle, neat and precise. In the past I've been cut when they filed or they drilled to much and hurt the nail bed. But not here. Will definetly be back. Very please customer!!!

If they had a zero star option that's what I would give them. I called and when I went in I asked how much a pink and white fill was and they told me $15. After the first man messed up and had to take all my acrylics off to start over they charged me $40. The biggest rip off I've ever experienced. I would 0/10 recommend.

Nick is the bomb!!!! He always does a FANTASTIC job with my nails. He gives you exactly what you want without asking useless questions. His wife Jessica is also amazing highly recommend!

I love this place. I have been there a few times now, all walk ins, and every experience has been good. I went there once last summer to get a gel manicure and I have been back since. I got a full set before Christmas because another salon messed my nails up, and Nick was great! All the staff is so nice and make you feel good. I will be going here for all my nail needs.

I went here because they had good reviews on Google and several people liked them on Facebook. BIG MISTAKE!! They did not have a good variety of colors - I expect my nail salon to have some hard-to-find classics. The girl who did my nails was nice, but appeared to be on an upper. She hacked the crap out of my cuticles, causing an intensely painful situation on my big toe that took weeks to heal. Horror of horrors, I couldn't wear high heels for 3 weeks after going to Classy Nails because of the pain. I am better now, thank Baby Jesus.

Called to ask for an appointment today and told them I could be there in fifteen minutes. I was told to come in. Upon arrival, they are very busy. Not a big deal. I love this place. I have been there a few times now, all walk ins, and every experience has been good. I went there once last summer to get a gel manicure and I have been back since. They did not have a good variety of colors - I expect my nail salon to have some hard-to-find classics. The girl who did my nails was nice, but appeared to be on an upper.
