I left before my pedicure was finished. This person doing my nails was very clearly untrained. First, I made him put on a mask because he was obviously ill. Then, he attempted the pedi. He would continuously wonder around, checked his phone constantly - I bled twice, my nails are rough and uneven and he was very confused about what was required. I've only been here once and I may have just gotten an inexperienced esthetician but I wouldn't recommend this place for a shellac manicure. I received a very sloppy & rough mani here Friday. The upside is they have lots of colors to pick from but I felt rushed through looking at them while my fingers were foiled up to remove my previous color. The foil kept falling off and I didn't feel was left on long enough as the staff member had to forcibly scrape the old gel polish along with thin layers off my nails :( I did already have a broken nail on my thumb and alerted the stylist to this fact so I didn't expect him to do much with that and I'll admit I don't have the healthiest nails but this is never happened to me. I thought it seemed he put like a nail glue on it and painted over it which was fine at first but later that day just came snagging off while I was putting my hair up. The next day my right middle fingernail broke also for no reason other than the fact that my nails were apparently weakened and made very brittle & fragile by this manicure. There is polish on my skin and the tips of my nails are chipping already from not being fully covered with polish. It was around $5 cheaper than i normally pay for shellac and it was definitely the quickest session i ever had but I wouldn't go back for a $25 manicure that didn't last two days. Read Less

Very expensive.. but I still keep coming back, so it's obviously worth it. Very friendly, and I love the music they play. Clean and not cluttered. I've only been to Kevin, who is Amazing! This is such a good nail place! They know what they are doing and my French tip nails are just now starting to chip after FOUR WEEKS. Mind you I am also the kind of girl who works at a camp for a living and chops wood with my dad. Normally when I have my nails done they are lucky to last two hours. Highly recommend! Read Less

For years and years I have been coming here. Finally, it is my wedding time and I made an appointment for 5 of us to get mani pedis at 3:30. We got here and they had no seats available for us and didn't even attempt to start until 4:00. If I hadn't have made an appointment I wouldn't care but what's the point?? The water for the pedicure was ice cold and was almost painful to put my feet in. I don't think I'll be back anytime soon and I wouldn't recommend coming here if you have people coming with you. This was my first visit to queen's. It was such a relaxing and not rushed and I stress not rushed experience. The last place I went it wasn't at all a good experience because I was rushed in and out of there so fast and didn't get what I liked and got my finger cut. Queens is high quality, very friendly staff and they make sure you are satisfied with the service, very professional. I definitely will be making queens the place I get my nails done from now on.
