LONG STORY ALERT! But I have to share! I had an awful experience Start to Finish! I’ve came a couple times before when Calvin was here, but now that’s he’s gone this place has gone completely under. I first waited forever to be seen there’s only two girls working no one greeted or said anything to me walking in. Then when someone finally got to me they asked what I wanted (pedi and full set acrylic were my request) they filled the water for the pedicure and I put my feet in and it was BURNING Hot, I took my feet out and all they kept saying was “it’s okay put your feet in”! I asked if i could get it a little colder, so she drained the whole thing then put freezing water instead (I can’t win). During the pedicure she slapped a bunch of lotion and oil on my feet and legs rubbed it all around then rinsed it and asked if I wanted salts, I said oh sure then she rubbed salt on both my feet and rinsed again then painted my toes which she did awful at I had to keep asking her to fix one of my toes cause it was just dropped on my toenail not smooth or anything (she seemed in a rush). Fast forward to getting my nails done, I had old nails on which have been on for a while and maybe about 6 nails total were broken so I wanted new tips, she took nail clippers and just started yanking on my finger nails breaking them off, then sticking another nail underneath and lifting it but very painfully so I asked if she could soak them instead that this route hurts and is uncomfortable, she sighed!! Then used her drill and took some polish off then tried using the fingernail clippers again yanking on my thumb nail so I pulled my hand away and said “okay that’s enough can we please soak them” fast forward a little more she’s now got all new tips on and asked what shape I would like and I said coffin shaped please. Nails are done. Checking out she says $75 and their prices are as follows Pedicure: 25$, Full set acrylic: 25$ & up I got schellac so she said 30$ (which is normal for me) then 5$ extra for nail shaping (WHAT?!?) 5$ extra for taking old nails off (understandable) and 5$ for salts (WHAT?!?) and she got a total of 75$ out of that... 30$ pedicure $30 shellac acrylic full set plus 10$ extra for NAIL SHAPING AND SALTS= 70$ so I was standing there trying to go over their prices posted on the wall and another Lady working there stopped doing a customers nails to hand me a business card and says “here you don’t have to take a picture” I said “oh I wasn’t I was just adding up the prices using the calculator on my phone” while she’s completely ignoring me. So after I add it up I go to the Lady who seems to be the owner or something Idk she gave me the business card and I told her I was confused on the prices and she rambled off all my extra charges and i tell her that before moving forward she should make sure with the customers that the upcharge is okay especially if they’re new she decided to argue back and say you’re not new you know Calvin and I tried explained to her I was just stating if someone had not been here before since the upcharges are not on the wall she decides to talk to her customer and say people get rude when they don’t have any money but want stuff done, that’s why we don’t tell them prices until the end see she’s upset cause she doesn’t have that much money! I calmly told her I will never be back!!! And Sad thing is I have been here plenty of times and am well aware of what my previous charges included and this was beyond ridiculous I can’t believe this place!!! Never again, ever. Read Less
