Beauty Nails and Spa on 1848 E Sherman Blvd # E, Muskegon, MI 49444 a friend of mine andx I went on Feb 28th 2018 I got my nails done andm y friend got eye lash extensions we asked several questions about the lash extensions before she got them because we had never gotten it done before kne of the questions was how long fo they last anf we were told at least 2 weeks so she decided to get them done well today March 1st less then 1 day later she wakes up and they have fallen off so she calls the salon to ask about a refund and they say no refund and $15 to fix so this salon is advertising lash extensions for $24.99 and saying they last for at least 2 weeks when they absolutely do not and then will not compensate the customer for the problem, this place is also very unsanitary and dirty and needs to be addressed publicly Read Less

They don’t offer real gel nails, claim to but powder mix is acrylic not gel. I got them anyway because I had already waited an hour and a half for the walk in. My shellac polish is partially see through in some areas and the general shape of my nail is unflattering despite my attempt to ask the nail tech to shape them. I was charged 10 for the shellac on top of the 32 for the full gel set and 3 dollars for the almond shape. Why I was charged to shape my nail is beyond me, it’s not listed on their pricing menu. Due to power outages at my normal nail salon, our wedding party was fit in during a busy time for the salon. When calling ahead they assured us that we could all be done at the same time, but that was not the case when we arrived. We were put at a chair for a pedi and the water was cold and my feet wrinkled by the time I was waited on for the pedi. The staff was very nice and friendly, that is a plus.. But it is dirty and unorganized. It they were too busy...to fit us in, they could have told me over the phone and we would have found somewhere else. The wedding party all did Mani/pedis with gel and by that evening several of us had chipped polish. I returned a few days later and showed them and they quickly tried to fix the nails by just adding polish onto the existing gel. Unfortunately it bubbled up and didnt look very good. This place is dirty. I went to get a pedicure and the water was dirty and it seemed like they hadn't cleaned out the tub in a while. I didn't see anything in sterile packaging. Go somewhere else. Service is also extremely slow Read Less

They are a great family business that aims to please! They have become extremely busy since the closing of the Walmart salon across the street. I suggest making an appointment. I have NEVER been disappointed in the many years of coming here!I will continue to come here! No torn up cuticles no fungus! Love this family! Read Less

They are friendly but they do not be honest and say there will be a wait when they are professionals they know when they say have a seat you will be at lease 2 hours before you can sit down. The guy Timmy didnt even fully understand the service a request until another customer mention it to him smhI been here 2 hours so it would be a total waste of time to walk out now. Read Less

I will NEVER go here again. I was literally the 1st customer at the salon to get mine and the twins nails done. He standing outside smoking, he stop me and asked if he could help me. I told him i needed our nails done, he asked if i could come back cause they had appointments. Mind u, every time I go i have to wait longer then a hr to get in a chair.. dont ask me to come back to spend my money, i will take it elsewhere. Its Friday, he know its going to be supper busy. They should have a sign saying appointments only, until the time they take walk ins. It is now 9:40, they opened at 9:30 and still no body has walked in. My twins are 3yrs old. My first visit to this nail salon was a very pleasant experience.  Tommy was my nail technician.  He is a very friendly and personable young man who aims to please.  He gave a nice massage and great pedicure.  Overall, the salon is very comfortable and professional.  I would make this my salon of choice.
