If I could give no stars I would! I went in for dip nails on a Monday for an event on Friday. The nails are supposed to last for 3 weeks even 4 if taken care of. I walked in and the owner didn’t even know that she had it offered on her website or how to apply it! I only do dip nails so I am very versed in the process. The technician(owner) didn’t even prep my nails or anything; no cuticle care or filing before. She proceeded to do one hand at a time, being very inconcistant!! The nails started to crack and fall off by Thursday. The rest have fallen off or become very loose with in a week. DON’T GO HERE FOR DIP!!!!!!!!! DON’T WAST YOUR MONEY!!!! Read Less

This was my first time here. The owner was the one who did my nails she was very nice. There was a mistake done an a lady walked out the owner was just as upset as the customer was. She called the lady called the lady and apologize was on the phone for a little bit convincing her (the customer ) that she was really sorry and it was the onwers fault. But all turned out ok. They have a new pedicure kit you can get. It has multiple scents in it for many different areas you may want to relax in. I got the Lavender scrub and holy smokes that was amazing. My feet are still so soft and they smelled so good all day. Definitely something I will get again. Read Less

Today I had an appointment for a gel manicure, because I am a bridesmaid in a wedding this weekend. The girl that I had my appointment with asked me what I wanted done, and I said I wanted a gel manicure. She asked me what color, and I said I wanted a French manicure, with a nude base, due to the fact that I have naturally pink nails that I don’t like (hence, the entire reason I was getting my nails done in the first place). She asks me to pick out a shade of nude, and I pick... out a pretty shimmery looking nude. After 45 minutes of working on my nails, she is finishing up and says “Oh my gosh!!! I totally forgot to put the nude on your nails! I just put white tips on your natural nails, is that okay?!” I didn’t even know what to say because I had been there almost an hour, just for white tips on my natural nails that I hate in the first place. She didn’t even offer to fix them or redo them... She then said, “It’s fine right?! I’ll take you to the front and get you all set!” So I went to the front, and she said “it’ll be $25.” I asked, “you’re still charging me $25 even though you forgot to do half of my manicure?” She said yes, then ran my card, and I left. So now I have wasted my time and money, just for my nails to look awful, and don’t have another chance to get them done by somebody else before the wedding this weekend. Unbelievable. Kim is a rockstar at microblading. I drove 5 hours just to have my eyebrows done by her, and it was totally worth it. She'll shape your brows like never before. People can't believe that I drive an hour to get my nails and other services done here but when you find a place that provides excellent service and you always walk out satisfied, why would you go anywhere else. My main complaint: NO CONSISTENCY in SERVICES, you'll never know who'll get, even if you book for a specific person. I've booked a person, only to have them be changed out during my pedi for ANOTHER BOOKED APPOINTMENT! Also, no consistency in the serves. If pedi costs $33 plus tip, one should be able to get the services promised. Some techs do a good job, others rush you through to the point you might as well go to the beauty school. I had one girl who gave me a 30 minute pedi when I paid for the 45 minute version. When I questioned why she was done so quickly, she said my feet weren't bad. When I told her it was 1/2 the time, she told me how much she hates doing pedicures and touching people's feet. I told her maybe she should rethink her career choices. I got my nails done here for prom, after calling ahead and making an appointment. I was taken early for my appointment, and they did a great job with my gels. Not only did they last for about a month after, but they looked absolutely stunning the entire time I had them on. NEVER go here. This was the worst experience I have had getting my nails done. THIRTY DOLLARS and not only were my cuticles torn apart and aching for the next week but my GEL polish was all chipped and looked horrible in a few days. I live two hours away and come for school, so when I got back to town I went back in and politely asked for my money back and she ended up being very rude and got me very upset. She couldn't understand most of what I was saying to her and she flat out told me she didn't care about me. If I rated this business with any amount of stars it would be to give the employees credit for trying their best to work under a boss who is obviously just money hungry...who schedules so many people at one time?!...when I asked the manager...she couldn't have cared less.
