I’ve been going here for a few weeks now. I’ve never gotten a fill before and I thought I would try it, and now I don’t think I can ever go back to my regular nails. I keep going back for more fills and I have never not been satisfied! I’ve had a new person every time and they’ve all done amazing! The most recent time, I had Layla and she especially paid great attention to detail. Everything is reasonably priced and their service is great. Best nail place in Mount Pleasant. Read Less

I went to GiGi’a this morning to get a fill, a color change, and a reshape. the place i went to before here really messed my nails up but the younger guy at GiGi’s fixed them! he made sure every step of the way that i was happy with how they were looking. i think they look WAY better than they did before! 10/10 will go again!!! Some of the ppl there are nice and talk to you, but not all. The women that did my nails did a bad job. Some of my nails weren't put on straight and some had bumps on them and wasn't fully painted! I don't recommend this place to anyone. Sorry, not sorry. Read Less

My best friend and I decided our off day would be a spa day. When we walked in we were almost surrounded by the ladies that work there. There was couple of people that spoke English and then my manicure ended up how the lady wanted it. She did not ask about length or shape. My friend got a pedi that made her legs burn. I am so torn. While get a great pedicure, the place is filthy. My last visit included a mouse! Not sure I can go back. There is a difference between " shop" dirty and filth, it is filthy. I was there early in the morning and while there were no clients, the employees were sitting around on their phones while dirt was everywhere. Pick up a broom, wash the equipment. LOVE Them! I used to get my nails done at the nail parlor, but I started hating it there and decided to try some place new. GiGis nails did exactly what I wanted! They made sure the shape was good and even on both hands! I recommended it to all of my friends! I think they are all very nice and do a great job. I have had a couple times when my nails weren't as good as they may have been other times I've been there, but they still looked better than they did when I used to go to the nail parlor. Read Less

I am a 43-year-old woman that his been getting my nails done for more than 20 years. I have been using this place for about five years. They aren't perfect, but they're very good, very hard-working, and have very good attention to detail. They clean constantly! They even use disposable plastic bags in their pedi bowls. I feel like some of these negative reviews might be being written by the local snotty sorority sister set from the University. You know the type… The ones that are never satisfied! Gigi's is great. I hated Gigi nails! I bluntly showed them what i wanted and told them what i would like them to do and i even showed them a picture! Sidney's boyfriend (One of the owners) Was like OHHHH so this is what you wanted? I replied nicely yes and he completely changed what i wanted for me and my friend i payed 110 dollars FOR NOTHING! I dont know what salon the other two women are talking about but ive went to gigis for almost 8 years and absolutely love the service. I admit it may not be spotless but they are constantly renovating. Nail art they can do almost anything u ask them to do. Take a picture in and show them and thats what they will do. The art they have on display may be out of date but they are to busy tending to customers verses working on a mannequins hand to show what they can do.
