This place is ok..they always get you right in usually which is a huge plus. But what I have to shake my head to is that when you get both a manicure and pedicure, they will first start with the pedi, and while you're sitting there getting your toes done someday else comes over and files your nails right onto your lap! Gross! And heaven forbid you're wearing black ( I was) and they did nothing to help clean you up. I'm sorry but I'm a momma and those spa days are my vacation days! And when I'm getting my toes done I do not want you getting my clothes are dusty and nasty. I want to chill and play on my phone which I never get to do at home. Had a pedicure and manicure done here the beginning of December. Price is great however since then I have been to Urgent Care, PCP and a infectious disease Dr and 4 antibiotics later to fight 2 bacterial infections one being MRSA. Obviously they need better ProtoCall for cleaning. The lady that did my pedicure was obviously newer and cut my toe as well which clearly led to the infection. Way overpriced for the poor quality.  I came to have a single nail repaired.  They charged me $5.  The next day the repair broke.  I returned and it was repaired.  She charged me $3.  When I protested that the same single nail repair was $8 she felt she was justified.  No apology for the broken nail and the extra time that I had to spend. Very poor business people with low ethics.  I used to get adequate pedicures there but I will not return.  Unfortunately, there is really no good place in Milford for nails. Read Less

Great pedicure for the price.  I stopped in without an appointment and they got me right in.  I was offered a bottle of water and got started with the soaking process.  The chairs are nice - pretty much what you find everywhere now.  I don't like to have my nails clipped when I go for a pedicure (I do this myself before I go).  Usually when I tell the person giving me the pedicure this, they proceed to attempt to cut them anyway.  I don't know if it's a language thing or what.  Anyway, that did not happen here.  I was in and out pretty quickly but didn't feel like they rushed it.I will go again.
