I used to go to Perfect 10 but I will never go back there after my experiance at TK! They really took their time and listened to how I wanted my nails, not how they thought it would be. Just got my nails done here a few hours ago. I got a shellac manicure done, and Cindy took her time on every nail. My nails are short so they're hard to do, but they look amazing! They even have a punch card system where your 10th visit is free. Amazing customer service (I came in 45 min before close and they didn't rush at all). This place is amazing. My husband and I  LOVE this place. It's decorated very nice and ONLY THE BEST PRODUCTS!! I visited Luxx for the first time two weeks ago. I have very oily nail beds and nobody listens to me when I get a gel manicure. And in about a week my polish is peeling off. Nancy too the rescue!!! 2 weeks later and my polish is holding strong! I will never go anywhere else! Love the cleanliness of the salon and welcoming environment! Called on Saturday and asked if they are opened on Mondays. I was told yes and booked an appointment for 5pm for 4/24. Got to the shop at 4:45pm to find a note on the door stating by appointment only on Monday's , so I'm thinking ok I have an appointment only to find out after sitting there for 20 mins and calling the number on the sign to be told we didn't have any appointments scheduled for today. Couldn't properly remove a small ingrown toenail and actually ended up infecting it. Regular pedicure and manicure was not good and took 3.5 hours total, because the shape was not right and because of inexperience I'm guessing. Eventually I had to go to a foot doctor and they had to remove half of my toenail because the toe infection was actually so bad. I tell all my friends NOT TO GO HERE. Read Less

Went there for the first time last night with my friend and it was awesome! They did great work and they have the holographic and chrome powders and they apply it CORRECTLY... It looks beautiful!!! I had a regular pedicure and a shellac polish done on my nails. The staff was very friendly. The shop was very neat and clean. They offered me water or soda. The massage chair was refreshing and the young man that did my feet and nails did an excellent job. The polish is edge to edge as it should be. The price for all was VERY reasonable. I will be back.
