Horrible experience. Left two teenage girls there to get their nails done. Workers were told just a set of acrylic nails for one and a refill for the second. Total: $44 However, when I returned, the bill was $57. Spoke with Nina. She took no responsibility for increasing bill for the teenage girls which she did by just asking them if they wanted this done or that done without letting them know it cost more money. I simply wanted a sorry from her for not letting them know that a different shaped nail cost more or a shellacking layer cost more, but no that is not what I got. Instead, the manager, Nina, rudely said, what do you want from me. I said I want to pay for what I originally asked for. She said she could take their nails off, but I would have to pay for that too. Omg. Never going again. It is not ok to take advantage of two teenage girls. Shame on them. Read Less

I'm a nail technician and when I have some of their customers come in for me to fix their nails they're not telling them exactly what they put on their nails for as other nail technicians to take a product off they like to mislead their customers on what they're putting on their nails otherwise I've seen some of their work and it looks pretty good come on now technicians be honest what you put on your customers Read Less

Do not understand why technicians think chattering away to their co-workers in Vietnamese while they are working on a client isn't appropriate, professional, or not just plain rude. If its not that, then it's the owners' small children running around screaming. Not exactly a relaxing or welcoming atmosphere. Also, great variation in various technician's expertise. Repeatedly told latest one to shorten my nails, file to an oval shape, and not file nail surface down so that the acrylic is paper thin. She ignored everything I said and just did it her way. TBH, if the location wasn't so convenient, I would be looking for a new salon. Read Less

Twice I have been here & the service was just ok. I asked for a special pedi pkg. Last time didn't get it. Got the same services as my friend and paid $20more. This visit I asked for signature pedi/mani & got a basic when I reminded that wasn't what I wanted I was met with annoyance. Decided to skip colored Polish and mani to go somewhere else. Read Less

This is the worst nail color change I have ever had done. The polish does not meet the edge of my nail. After the shellac was done she RE filed my nails so they have no polish on my nail width. The employee didn't know what the polish looked like on the nail and applied a transparent polished when I requested opaque. Then when they went to fix it they charged me for the "extra coat". Nina, Calvin and Dan are the best, and fun to sit and talk with while you get your nails done. Envy is a kid friendly establishment too! I can never keep acrylics on and this is the ONLY place that I've gone, and never broken a nail or had them pop off. Will not go anywhere else. My only complaint is the older woman who is sometimes there, she's not very friendly and acts as though you are an inconvenience. It's not pleasant to sit with someone doing your nails who acts that way and doesn't make any effort to be friendly or even make small talk. I am a licensed nail technician, so I am extremely picky about who does my nails and particularly the cleanliness of the salon. This salon is locally-owned by residents of the Mason community. They do excellent quality work for reasonable prices. I have used them for acrylics, Shellac (gel polish), and pedicures. I have referred many friends and family members to them and have never been disappointed. I always make an appointment, but they can always fit me in if my schedule changes. Went here for the first time today and was very pleased with my service. I got a pedicure and manicure. The woman I had was very good. She took her time and did an excellent job. The prices here are very good too. They also do waxing and facials which are priced good too. I will return for sure. Read Less

I take my wife here all the time, she cannot stop complimenting how much she love this place. I am happier than my wife is. I no longer have to drive far. The people here have excellent communication skills. Very clean environment, and fair prices. Just don't relocate elsewhere! Read Less
