Ok. So above & beyond to get you in for an appt. Sweet people but VERY rushed...not a lot of time on feet or "manicuring" nails... Which is the whole reason for going... Right?.. 😕 i want to give this place 5 stars but cant without that being addressed. Will definitely give them another try though👍 other than the time just not spent on the job at hand, i think these guys could really be great!

Showed up early for my full set appointment only to be told I was down for a pedi and no time for nails. Clearly his mistake! Worst business owner ever!

Made an appointment, showed up early. Already 2 people there. Another walks in for a polish, is told ok. 2 more women walk in with appointments as well are also taken. While I'm waiting, another ...
Made an appointment, showed up early. Already 2 people there. Another walks in for a polish, is told ok. 2 more women walk in with appointments as well are also taken. While I'm waiting, another woman comes in with an appointment as well. The woman who works there then comes to me with the appointment book and says my appointment was for 1: 30 and not 1:45 which I originally made it for. Says I didn't show up on time so Michael left for a car wash. All not true. She let me sit for 20 min. Before telling me this. When I made my appointment I repeated I could only have 1:45. He said ok Thursday. I Feel they totally overbooked themselves and because I was not a regular, they gave me a b.s. story. Oh well their loss! I tip very generously!! Don't recommend!!!

To MIKE the owner, it would be at your best interest to make a public apology to the lady who forgot to cancel her appointment after the death of her son. A better apology would be for you to after her a mani-pedi to help relieve her stress. Extended the olive branch. You will reap a much better reward and a successful business practice as well.

The absolute worst manicure I have ever had.
The woman was rubbing snot on the back of her hand the entire time, was also abrupt and rude. She rushed through the whole process and the result was nail polish so thick it NEVER cured. 3 days later it was still soft. The paint on the tips of my nails wore off in one day and she didn't paint all the way down to the cuticle line so all in all my manicure looks like it's a month old after just a couple days.
I cannot recommend this place any less. What a waste of time and money.

Don't get GIFT CARDS, they tend to be rude when you try to use them. Just take your friend in and pay.

Horrible. I went here 3 times and each time a woman completed my pedicure in 10 minutes. Mechanical and non communicative was the service I received. I usually give really good tips but this time- bar...

Absolutely horrible, i had a pedi at 10:30. I was done with the whole thing by 10:50. I want offered a design nothing, no massage, NOTHING! I'm almost 40 wks pregnant and was really looking forward ...
Absolutely horrible, i had a pedi at 10:30. I was done with the whole thing by 10:50. I want offered a design nothing, no massage, NOTHING! I'm almost 40 wks pregnant and was really looking forward to this. I walked over to the dryer and my polish smudged. The lady acted like it was a hassle to fix it. And so i started drying at 10:52 and currently still drying at 11:16. And she hadn't said two words to me! Don't waste your time.

Technician was friendly and did a decent job. Made an appointment head of time and had one technician for me and my friend. I was annoyed that they only took cash or check and I had to go to the bank and come back. For me, this was an inconvenience that would keep me from returning.

The nail technicians we very friendly and I felt welcomed from the first minute I walk into the door. There wasn't a huge selection of colors but I felt relaxed and my nails were beautiful. My only complaint is that they only take cash or check so I had to go to the bank drive-thru which was in the next parking lot.

Ok. So above & beyond to get you in for an appt. Sweet people but VERY rushed...not a lot of time on feet or "manicuring" nails... Which is the whole reason for going... Right?.. 😕 i want to give this place 5 stars but cant without that being addressed. The absolute worst manicure I have ever had.
The woman was rubbing snot on the back of her hand the entire time, was also abrupt and rude. She rushed through the whole process and the result was nail polish so thick it NEVER cured. 3 days later it was still soft. The paint on the tips of my nails wore off in one day and she didn't paint all the way down to the cuticle line so all in all my manicure looks like it's a month old after just a couple days.
I cannot recommend this place any less. What a waste of time and money.
