I waited a hour with my feet in the water at the pedicure chair for service. My water had turned cold and I restarted the massage chair twice. I called one of the nail techs over for a towel to dry my feet to prepare to leave, only then did they attempt to service me promising that my service would only take twenty- thirty minutes to complete. My boyfriend and I went together to get our nails done. I have been to 10 or more nail places in the area, and T & Q nails has done the best job. Vanessa was gentile, polite, and engaging. She also has the cutest dimples, and a great unforced smiling face. We will have to come back the day before Halloween to see her in her pirate costume. We will definitely be coming back. Read Less

I have gotten a few manicures now, and I must say that T & Q nail salon has by far done the best job. JC was thorough, and spent more time to get everything right than any other place i had ever been. So good, in fact, I left a $10 tip on a $13 manicure. Chairs are cool, lighting a bit bright not very conducive to relaxation . The young lady who did my pedicure was very nice, unfortunately injured my foot, never apologized and Just put anticeptic on. The place is really nice inside and the service was good, however when I walked upfront to pay my bill it was a lot more then the price they gave me when I called to make my appointment. Not only are they about $10 more then all the other nail salon around in this area but they also charge you to "take off" the old NexGen I had on. (I have been getting NexGen done for years and never once was I ever charged a take off fee. Most places it's $45 this place was $60 for the exact same service. Kinda disappointed since I did like the nail tech. I guess I will be making the far drive to go back to my old nail place. Read Less

Horrible run don't walk. Was a loyal customer for over a year coming in every two weeks for gel Mani and pedi. This last time my gel polish peeled off within two days and when I came in to get it fixed they wanted to charge me all over again for something I paid for days ago that should have lasted two weeks or longer. They were rude and told me to leave because I felt like I shouldn't have to pay for it again. The lady was rude and clearly doesn't understand customer service. I will never recommebd this place to anyone. Save ur time and money and go elsewhere.Read Less

This is by far the best nail salon I have been to. I get the NextGen on my nails and it lasts a full 4 weeks without chipping or losing its coloring. Nikki and her staff really know what they are doing! The pedicure chairs are so relaxing and the environment in the salon is clean and bright. Highly recommend! Read Less
