I come all the way from Detroit to get my services done here, and I also bring friends from time to time. It's the only place where I don't feel like I need to "Know my nail tech's name because "SHE'S/HE'S" the Best!" In fact, every time I am serviced, each person is pretty good. And if I need any adjustments they are always willing to assist!! I have also come late a couple of times, like in the last 1hr to 30 minutes of them closing (not to be rude at all, it was an emergency!) I have been going here since the day it opened. The owners are wonderful people. I go every two weeks. I use Emily for all my pedicures and she is fabulous. The place is extremely careful with sanitizing and cleaning. For the service you receive the prices are in line with similar spas. You can go somewhere cheaper but you don't receive the same service. I recommend that you let the desk know what you want with the service you request and find a tech you like and stick with them. This way they get to know you and what makes you happy. Read Less

Service its self wasn’t bad what is bad is we called ahead to make sure they accepted SpaFinder gift cards and they very clearly said yes! After everything was done they refused to take them saying that they don’t have a contract with them and that they won’t take the gift cards I’m so mad the only reason we chose them was because they said they took the gifts cards! Now I’m out 100$ and they are not getting a tip! Understood me just fine when asking and answering questions but when it came to money nope!!! I’m extremely angry! The people there were absolutely top knotch! I went in there today and everyone went out of their way to talk to me and offer me water, chair massage, warmer water, etc. They made sure my nails were perfectly dry before letting me leave and weren't pushy at all when offering other services. Truthfully...they skillfully, promptly and fairly delivery an excellent service to our community. Prices are awesome, & clearly posted near reception desk. The decor is upscale & beautiful. Environment is good-hearted & friendly...i see ladies "tickled-pink" & loving the artwork on their nails so much, i just had to try it. YES! Magazine worthy elegance. French pink & white manucure is beautiful...and they have soooo many vibrant colors of shellac - very modern and innovative nail salon. Looove all of the people there, & the service is wooonderful !!! They could really charge more, yet they do not. No pressure for tipping, ever...thus i always tip. This has quickly become one of my favorite places. For pedicures the bowls are lined and new tools are brought out every time - gets rid of those sanitation worries. They have a ton of polish colors to choose from - gel and regular. I'd suggest making an appointment for a Saturday but any other day I've waited maybe 5-10 minutes max. I usually see Emily but last visit Tony did my pedicure and fixed my chipped nail, without charging extra. For sure my go to place in Macomb, Chesterfield or Clinton Twp! Read Less

I went here on a Sunday when most nail salons are closed. Hands down the best salon I've ever been to. Very friendly staff they make it an experience from the time you enter till you leave. I came here for a gel fill. I thought they did a pretty good job and the price was fair too. The place was cute and clean. Not like some of the nasty old ones around. The tech even shared his name, asked mine and we talked a little. If you get your nails done often, you know that's a rarity. The tech did a great job for how fast it was, but they were kind of thick. It's close to home. I'll come back but for now I go somewhere else that's on my way home from work and open later. I would over-all recommend this place if you have more to do in life but spend hours in a nail salon. Read Less

The owner of this salon is the best. I will only go to her. What provoked me to write a review was the review from LS. First, remember you NEVER know what a person might be dealing with in their personal life. True, you shouldn't let your personal life interfere with business, but we are all human. The owner has always been pleasant to me. 2nd, who cares that she asked about your "Louis bag". That's what girls do shop and compare prices. Did you think you were the only person with a "Louis bag?" 3rd, I for 1 am glad you won't be back because it frees the owner up to wait on more pleasant people. I made a last minute appointment here during my lunch break.  The owner of the salon (can't remember her name) was rude from the moment I walked in.  She had an attitude like I was forcing her to work there and do my nails.  She even had the audacity to ask how much my handbag cost and went to go grab hers to compare.  I regret not saying "Lady, I didn't come here to compare Louis bags.  I simply want to get a mani/pedi and get back to work!"  Not to mention, my nails looked horrible!  I will NEVER step into this place again! Not the best place in the nail business! Nicole is never overly friendly and mostly talks in chinese to the other staff rather than attempting conversation with her customers. It's always akward when you first walk in because she talks so quiet. Her ability to do shellac nails is above the rest however, and that is the only thing that keeps me coming back. Her husband Ri has a very different technique and his shellac nails don't look as nice (french manicure) and the don't last longer than 4 days....not worth the $$. My advice, if you're going to go there, make an apt with Nicole....and bring your ipod! Read Less

have been going to Nail Connection since 2007 and I love it there. The staff is friendly and polite. I've been going there so long it's like visiting a friend. Nicole is like a girlfriend as well as my manicurist. The rest of the staff is equally as friendly. I like that they are always adding new products to try. When I moved here from California in 2007 I couldn't find a salon that offerred glitter tips for nails. I told the owner about it and she ordered glitter powder for me! Talk about service! If you want something different I say try the glitter tips! The silver is really pretty and not over whelming....perfect for a fancy occassion. Read Less
