Took my niece here for pedicures one month ago. Called and made appointments for weekday morning. When we arrived, we were told that they had an employee call in, so no one could do our nails. The receptionist went to talk to the one other employee there, who was doing a manicure. She came back and said she'd take us. In hind sight, I'm pretty sure she isn't trained. She was really sweet. But it was more like paying a friend to do a pedicure than someone who does them for a living. Not less than an hour of being home, my polish was already coming off and my feet were still rough, not how they should've been after just having a pedicure. After some errands, I went back to get my messed up nail fixed and they were closed. Called and no answer. It was just after 5, well within their posted business hours. I do not recommend this place. I have been visiting this salon for just over a month now.  I am so pleased with everything here.  They are always friendly and never rush.  I have been getting acrylics from Sam, and they are perfect.  And my fingers don't hurt at all when done.  He is so gentle!  I love their pedis too.  They give a lot for a basic, including sugar scrub, massage and hot towels.  I also have to mention how clean this salon is.  Everything is awesome!  I will be visiting here a lot! Horrible service!!! I made an appointment before I arrive, and when I arrive, they told me I have to wait. When I asked how long do I have to wait, Kim, I assume who is the owner, told me to just come back later. She didn't even look at me. Not friendly at all. I will not recommend there if you have any plan after. Worst experience ever! I would've wait if they gave me an estimate time, but they seems don't even care if I stay or leave. Horrible! Read Less

This place is amazing! Kim and Sam the couple that owns this salon are both so friendly and welcoming! They do amazing work, take their time and you really get to relax in the awesome massage chairs!Most importantly their prices are so reasonable and the place is immaculately clean! I actually saw another worker cleaning one of the pedicure chairs so thoroughly they took all the jet overs off and cleaned them too!Highly recommend this place! Read Less

Dont ask to redo a nail the owner will get angry and talk about you in her language. My husband purchased a $100 gift card and was told by the owner I was being picky. She kept acting like a child giving me dirty looks.the only good thing about the salon is its very clean Read Less

This place is amazing Kim is excellent. She made me laugh and interacted with me. Kim suggested a service I was not looking for but needed. So thank you for making my eye brows look beautiful again. My boyfriend and I go here and love it! I live in Florida but when I visit MI I make sure to get my mani/pedi here.The business is clean, professional and organized and the owner takes such pride in that.The customer service is great and I love the conversations we have each time.I leave inspired (I'm a business owner myself)My manicure and pedicure lasts longer from here then anywhere else. This is the first time it ever left a review in my life. But I now have a new nail salon!! Man, where do I start? They sterilize EVERYTHING. That is so important to me. Nail salons are usually so dirty (nail dust everywhere, barely cleaned pedicure bowls, dingy looking nail files/buffers, etc). They are so clean. Like, so clean. Secondly, they take their time. So if you're looking for a rush job or a super fast nail tech, this isn't you're place. I made an appointment for 2pm. I got a shellac mani and was in the chair by 2:10, then I got a pedicure and left around 4. They are soooo nice, talk to you, and are so very thorough. Lilly did my pedicure and it's probably the best pedi I've ever gotten. I think Kim said Lilly also specializes in pink and white, if that's your thing. One of my favorite parts about my manicure was that Kim did not make my cuticles bleed from plucking the life out of them. She said that real professionals don't make you bleed. They are so gentle but thorough. They just opened a year ago but I'm sure their quality of work, and overall experience and customer service will grow their clientele a lot! It's a very nice big place! Extremely clean, all implement are sterilized! Even the nail brushes. They offer variety of colors! Everyone there is very nice! Definitely coming back! It was a very good experience. They have 10 pedi chairs and I think 12 nail tables. Very organized and professional! I can go on and on describing my visit! Bottom line it's 100% recommended! I had a pedicure done with hot stone massage and scrub ! Lilly gave me the best hand massage after my shellac! Read Less
