THE WORST NAIL SALON EVER! They're using fake gel products and charging more. I could literally peel the entire "gel" off the nail the next day. I went back asking for my money. Because they're using fake products I don't trust them. They refused to let me talk to the manager or owners. They were laughing in my face saying then don't peel it off. Everyone knows that gel DOES NOT come off easily. Has to be soaked off. I let a different person redo them because they were just arguing and not giving my money back, now not even a week later they are peeling off. Do not waste your money here people! The funny thing is the same day I went in to complain a lady walked in after me and said her nails messed up the next day and had to get them redone too. Take all of our advice and STAY AWAY! Had a full set of acrylics done, nails were uneven, thumb corner chipped off with 24 hrs, pinky nail broke off completely with 72 hrs. One hand had thicker acrylic then the other........there's a reason prices are so cheap. Never going back Read Less

Very nice place to get your pedi and nail fill done. Clean, friendly, up to date shop. No loud music blaring. Prices are very reasonable. I have been going for about 5 months now and never once had an issue. If I did have an issue I know that it would be handled. I feel like they go out of their way to make people happy. Absolutely horrible! I got a manicure with shellac polish and I ask for squared nails and the older lady rounded them! I grew out my nails for a while to be able to get shellac after doing acrylics for years and I was finally happy with the length! Then when I spoke up the older man was rude and told me that he can fix them and I told him no you can't fix them because you'll make them super short and even after saying that he filed them all the way down to nothing! Then the paint job was absolutely horrible! I am NEVER coming back here and I don't recommend anybody else coming here neither! And also the manicure utensils that they used were just sitting in the ladies drawer. Which looked like they've been used before and not sanitized like my usual place. I just left this salon, and I'm not happy with my pedicure!!  The older gentleman that works there did my toes, they are all cut uneven and my color is painted on all my cuticles and not all the way to the sides.  I hate to hover over them like a pain in the butt...but I am the customer!!  I will never return there again!!  One unhappy girl here!!  If I could choose no star I would have. Let me start by saying, DO NOT GO HERE. Went in to get a sull set of acrylic, it was a nightmare. Everything from the quality, to the customer service, was terrible.I had red nail polish on prior to arriving. The nail tech took off the polish and paid no attention to detail, leaving red polish underneath as he laid the acrylic. The  acrylic would not harden & the nail tech assured me it would, it never did.I was asked to pay before he polished and was told it would be $30. Unhappy & unsatisfied, I paid & tipped..trusting that the acrylic would dry. I waited for 20 minutes under the lamp...the acrylic was goopy and still not dry. PLOT CHANGE! I was unsatisfied and spoke up. I politely explained why I was unhappy and asked the nail tech to remove the nails completely. I even told him that I would be more than happy to still give him the tip portion of my payment.He got very angry with me and told me that it would take 30 minutes to soak my hands in the solution. He left out that while I wait out the 30 minutes, I would have to endure piercing looks and banter. He came back to check on me and told me that I am not supposed to come to the salon with nail polish already on, and that many customers love his work.Lastly, I was originally going to be charged $30 not including the tip. Decided to get an acrylic and the guy who did it was terrible... He never asked me how long I wanted my nails just cut them to the length he thought was ok, then he filed my nails all crooked, and he never dusted off the nail dust off my hands. Then when he went to paint my nails he painted the nail polish on so streaky and think that even though I sat under the lamp for 7 minutes like he said I walked out and not even 3 minutes goes by and the paint smudges. I walked in and he did a terrible fix job then went off doing someone else's nails.  When he asked for me to pay I didn't understand him and he said "pay now" so rude.....Never go here... Literally the worst shellac manicure I have ever had in my entire life. The salon was gross inside, which was surprising since it's a newer shopping center. They did not have the air on and it was about 80 degrees outside, probably close to 90 in there. The man who did my nails was disgusting, old dirty clothes, greasy hair and smelled like he hadn't showered in a while. I asked for rounded nails which he didn't do, I asked for them to be corrected and he filed them down to almost nothing. He messed up my polish and had to redo it 3 times. Still looked like crap. And he didn't even know how to cut cuticles. I wouldn't be surprised if they weren't even licensed. And as a bonus touch, the son (who is probably 17) did my top coat and had a bracelet on that said "Fu*k you". NICE! i have been trying to find a good place to go to and im glad to say i have found one . the staffs are very friendly and nice . they did an amazing jobs on my nails and pedicure , and the prices are reasonable . i would definitely recommend it to my family and friends. Read Less

Stay away! They are filthy, and the staff does not speak English well enough to understand what you want. I watched them put person after person in the pedicure station without so much as wiping the tub down. It is disgusting! Read Less

Went for the first time on a Fri afternoon to have pedicure & full set. It started off fine with the pedicure. By the time they got around to my full set they had gotten busy & I was rushed out the door, without them even removing the toe separators for me (like most salons do). Had a coupon for both the pedi & full set, both services totaling $35. I gave the guy $40 & later realized he gave me no change. Will not return!!! Read Less
