Had a bad experience toe chipped within 3 hours later and the lady burned me with the hot rocks, was loyal client won’t be going back. Now I have to find a new place I told her I wanted a refund and she said they can fix it but I had to go out of town so I got nothing for it. Very bummed Read Less

The only reason I’m even giving this place two stars is because it was pretty clean. That’s where the praise ends. The tech must have argued with me 4-5 times about the way I like my nails. Then some woman came up to me and tried to sell me on colored powder and shellac for a good few minutes. I finally had to be stern about what I wanted (and DIDN'T want) all the while my daughter was sitting there next to me waiting for a manicure. The tech made me bleed on two different fingers before I piped up and reminded him that my damn fingers are attached to me! Then when I went to cash out, the same woman who tried to sell me a bunch of things I didn’t want, had the audacity to as me to leave a cash tip. Needless to say, we won’t be back. Read Less

I went in today to try the new spray tan machine and it was an amazing experience. The tan is so even and it’s exactly the extra color I was looking for. I got my eyebrows waxed and nails done. While my eyebrows were great, she gave this awful massage afterwards it made me have the worst headache ever. My nails looked great when I walked out the door, and the lady promised me a ten day warranty. Two days later 3 of them broke and then the next day four more after that. When I called them to ask if I could just have them removed they said I would have to pay for it. But they would give me new ones for free???? Makes no sense. The lady who did my nails as very quite and uninterested in anything I had to say. She also had a bedbug crawling on her shirt which makes me question the cleanliness of that store. Read Less

I really really want to love Q nails. Their atmosphere is nice - dimmed lights, instrumental music. The facility is very clean and they use a tub liner for every pedicure. I find their prices to be competitive if not better than other similar nail places in the area. However, there are several things I have observed over several visits that leaves me looking for a new go-to: 1. The services are inconsistent depending on what nail tech you get. I have had some of the best ped...icures ever here, as well as some of the worst. 2. The disorganization is absurd. You can call and make an appointment and tell them what time you'd like to come. They'll confirm it is available then tell you just to come right now. Appointments mean nothing half the time 3. My #1 reason for not going back is who I presume to be the owner (she is at least the manager - older lady with a bob). She is SO RUDE. Consistently rude. Once, I tried to to a walk in appointment and they were too busy. Fine - but instead of just politely telling me the wait time or asking me to schedule an appointment I literally got "we to busy, you must go." Legit kicked out. Similarly, today I was asked if I would like a manicure with my pedicure by my service lady (who was PHENOMENAL). I said yes. Then the manager lady came over and said that I couldn't have one because the tech had a walk in for a shellac manicure. Legit again kicked me out. I WAS THERE FIRST. They were quick to try to get me to upgrade every single other thing, but because I wanted a regular (cheaper) manicure, now my business is no good. 4. Bring cash.
