This used to be the nail salon I would go to. I recently went there for a fill in and they were still open for another hour and a half. Once I sat down, one of the ladies asked me to come back tomorrow because they were too busy. Yes, they were busy at the moment but I would've been just fine waiting until someone was done. I was the only person waiting. I'll go to the salon that is closer to me from now on. The other salon never tells anyone "come back tomorrow." Hands down my favorite nail salon ever!!, I usually waste my money and go to crappy nail salons that charge me way more and I have a hard time understanding the people and feeling comfortable. When I first stepped into the door, I was greeted like any normal person would and better yet, they spoke/answered each other in fluent English, this is very hard to come by so I was shocked. Cindy treated me like a person, actually seem interested in wanting to know me by asking questions/ answering my questions and informing me about the cons of different nail salons. I arrived at Diva Nails with my group of girls. Immediately when I entered We was greeted into a warm and welcoming atmosphere. As each minute passed while she was working on my nails, I could see that my gel manicure and pedicure was high quality. She asked how my nails felt, if the shape was good, and if there were any concerns that I had about my nails. I could tell that She took pride in what she does and she cares a lot about making the customer happy! I left Diva Nails today completely blown away, I wish that I could get my nails done everyday just so that I could sit in that salon and feel amazing. Me and my wife went in this salon last week for pedicure and manicure on our anniversary. Staff who’s work on us was so nice and professional. They help my wife pick out the polish and look very beautiful on her nails. But there’s two of staff was on the phone the whole time when they working on the clients next to us. I would have give them a 5 stars but no one want to hear unnecessary conversation while they want to be relax and enjoy their pedicure. Read Less

My mother and I both got pedicures and dipped manicures for a total of $145. This price seems a bit high to me and I normally get similar services at other nail salons. The manicure did not include any water, the tech only pushed back my nail beds. Dipped polish in the past has lasted me 3+ weeks, it has now been 3 days and 60%+ of the polish has chipped. Decided to check this place out. Looking for a place for my bridesmaids and I to get our nails done for my wedding. I was highly disappointed and will never go back. I've never left a nail salon with so many bloody marks on my hands and feet. And each time she cut me, you would think she didn't even notice. I was still bleeding and she just sprayed it off and kept going. Polish was done too low to cover the blood and then not even to the tip of my nails. Read Less

I decided to check this place out, because they were open on the 4th of July, and one of my friends suggested we get manicures. I wasn't sure what to expect, but was very happy with our choice. We each had a mani and pedi, and my favorite part was when they massaged our legs during the pedicure. Not all places do, and it's so nice when you go to a salon and they help you relax and enjoy being pampered. My friend and I also enjoyed talking to the owners. I don't know where the previous person went because it couldn't be diva nails. I've paid and tipped using a credit card many time. My shellac manicure last well over 2/3 weeks.. They really take their time, and they pamper hell out of my feet when I get pedicures. I've been coming here for years and have tried other places thanks to groupon. I keep coming here for the good service and their prices are really low already so you don't need a groupon. I loved it! I've come here for years and I have always had amazing service. Everyone speaks good English and is really helpful. They're totally invested in the customer and always try their hardest to fulfill your request. Even though they're in high demand, they always bend their schedule to help accommodate a customer, plus on Monday through Wednesday the manicure and pedicures are $5 off! I felt as if I was being pushed out the door the entire time I was there.  The employees were rude. My gel manicure lasted less than a week.  Save yourself a trip and don't waste your money here.  Oh and they accept credit cards but you HAVE to tip in cash. Read Less
