Just wasted $50. Total hit or miss with this place. I went in with my daughter and we both had younger guys. The worst rush job ever; barely even pretended to go through the motions of a proper pedicure. The only step that he put any amount of effort was pushing in my cuticles, and he did it with such force that it still hurts. My guess is that he did that so he wouldn't need to use the cuticle nippers at all. My nails were sloppily painted; he used the top coat so recklessly he covered half my toes beyond the nail beds but the color he clearly didn't want to be bothered with cleaning any edges so the paint is like a millimeter from the edge of the nailbed. The pedicures lasted a TOTAL OF 10 minutes (at best...could have been 8/9 minutes...not sure how much time was in chair vs under drying table) I could have painted my nails and my daughter's nails much better. We didn't get the other parts of a proper pedicure (taking the nail brush and brushing over one toe for a 1/2 second doesn't count; made zero effort with the foot loofah and when I questioned how my heel could be smooth after literally five seconds and no effort he said it would hurt if he did more--total BS). If I had only paid $5 each for a paint job, I wouldn't be complaining (even with the crappy paint job), but I just dropped $25 for each of us ($50 total) and feel completely ripped off. I went in for a pedicure I got a guy who took 20 mins to complete the job and I had shellac already on my toes. I had to have the shellac take it off so they drilled it off and set of taking it off with acetone. He also rush through my pedicure. He said that rubbing lotion on my legs and feet was the massage part of the Pedicure. I asked him to massage my legs he said he did. I’m sorry that is a complete false statement I let him know that that was not true just rubbing lotion on someone is not a massage when you get a pedicure you get a massage with the pedicure. I have been here many many times. I've never seen staff acting rudely (addressing those who have given bad reviews) though I have b seem some really 'colourful' clients. My experiences have always been delightful. I've gotten Nails (natural and acrylic), pedicures (ahhhhhhhhhh mazing!!!), and waxing. Highly recommended. The staff is professional, once I was not satisfied with result (I wanted shellac and she misunderstood). She redid the polish. She wasn't happy, I'm sure, but she still produced a great finished product and we both apologized for the misunderstanding. Read Less

horrible customer service, anytime I’ve gotten my nails done here i left with crooked, uneven nails. When i would ask them to fix it they’d do a half ass job and wouldn’t even fix it. I had the worst experience at Tracy's nails today I simply wanted long coffin nails and they gave me a different nail on each finger and only one coat of color so it looks crazy and half fast done I'm never going again. I came here yesterday 3/2/18 to get a full set. The tech who did my nails didn't listen to anything that I said in regards to shape, or type of tip that I needed for one of my thumbs. He seemed annoyed that I was even there. My nails are misshapen, uneven, and to be quite honest they look awful. I decided I would go back today to get them corrected. I was told to ask for two specific people. One of them being the owner. So I did that and was told to take a seat. Okay sure no ...problem. While I was waiting, the two techs to the right in the front and their clients were talking trash, saying things like oh I don't like my nails so I'll just come back tomorrow. I only want so and so. Acting like I was trying to get something for free, which I was more than prepared to pay. So I got up and said if it's such an inconvenience I will take my business elsewhere. And I did just that. I used to come here to get my nails as a teen. They always did a good job. Last time I went, the guy was real rude. And my nails looked lumpy. After going to this salon for over 15 years....I started going to his wife's salons, Cindys in Wyandotte on Fort..... They are even worse. I advise you get your nails done elsewhere. Tracy's nails told me "we can no longer service you" My clear coat on my shellac with a French and just a clear shellac the second time turned colors on me(like dyed fingers, dingy gray/blue). I went to show them and get them fixed and they were rotten to me. Not a proud moment but they made me tear up a little(they made me feel like I was a liar or trying to get something for free). I was so embarrassed! The lady who did my nails said she didn't remember me and then when I ...couldn't find my receipt she all of a sudden remembered soaking off a full set, manicure, and shellac(I didn't have a manicure or a full set. Only took off previous color and did clear shellac). I havent had fake nails in over 15 years. The lady who originall did my nails started telling her customer that I was there over 2 weeks ago(it was 4 or 5 days....tjey didnt turn colors until day 3 or 4)They agreed to at least soak off the discolored shit....I luckily found my receipt and then all of a sudden it was let's fix this but we can't service you anymore. There are alot of techs that work here. A friend recommended this place. She goes to a man and her nails always look great. Well I walk in and get this rude older lady. I see her work in a couple other reviews. Immediately it's pretty obvious she's irritated to be doing my full set. Huffing and puffing. Yanking my hands. She's gluing on tips and I can see that they aren't fully glued on. I point this out and she brushes it off and does nothing. Does a super half a$$ed job. Gets super ticked when I refuse the gel polish because I have a color at home I'm planning on putting on later. Charges me $5 dollars for extra long length, I presume to make up for missing out on the gel polish fee? Well I leave chewed up, sore, and feeling belittled. Avoid this place. I recently moved to the area. This place had decent reviews, so I tried it out. I got a full set, I loved the shape and they did a decent job. Within a week they started lifting, and one even broke. I have never had this problem previously. I started going to a different place for my fills. It was time to give my nails a break and get them taken off. Today I decided to give them another chance since it wasn’t acrylic related. I went in for a soak off and gel-polish manicure. I wanted to keep my very long natural nails and have minimal damage. When I walked in they asked what I wanted and I told them, “a soak off and gel-polish manicure please” The man replied “a soak off, ok go to the chair in the back”. I sat down and two girls took a hand each, they immediately cut down my nails completely off, then started prying and digging at the beds of my nails with nail clippers trying to separate my natural nail from the acrylic. I asked, “do you guys not do soak offs?” The girls responded that it takes too long, and my nails were too “thick”.... my nails were not thick, they were very natural looking. 45 minutes, and 3 bleeding nail beds later, the nails were finally off. One of my nail beds were so cracked and bloody because she clipped off my natural nail thinking it was acrylic, she wasn’t even able to provide the manicure service to that nail. The other minimal bleeding nails she continued to file and paint, which caused a serious health concern...I will not be returning here, obviously. Read Less

Came in for a shellac change as I do quite often, every two weeks or so. Each time I've gone in I've been charged $15 for what I get done. This time, when I told the manicurist I just wanted a shellac change she asked if I wanted a manicure, I responded not this time and she started whispering to the gentleman next to her. She looked back at me and said it would be $18. Fine, whatever. $3 extra is not worth an argument. Then as she's finishing my nails I notice she forgets to put a final clear coat on my left hand. She insists she did although I had been watching the whole time and know that she did not. She proceeded to loudly disagree with me and finally say fine I'll do it to make you happy but I already did it once. Needless to say, I'm in the market for a new nail salon. Read Less

If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. I got a shellac manicure yesterday and it is already coming off. Not to mention none of my nails are cut to a even size. I should have mentioned something while I was there but I truly didn't realize how horrible it was until I left. All the while the manicurist table was dirty. Went there for the first time this past Sunday, I've been told by a couple people to check them out. Looked at their page and seen nails I loved, so decided to go for a fill in and try them out. Henry did awesome! I love my nails!! And while I was there, an unhappy client was there, I over heard the whole thing, Henry tried everything to make her happy. She just was not easy to deal with. I came in around 6:30pm on a Tuesday evening and I was surprised how fast I was helped. There were many people working but it was kind of busy. However, the lady that was doing my nails was extremely rough and no one was behind me waiting for her specifically. Every time I get my nails done, I just get the white tip which I think is fairly easy to do. She put a few nails on crooked, the cut the skin on my cuticles with the drill thing. Since she put the nails on crooked I had to repeatedly ask her to file them straight and she ignored me to till the end. I have cuts on my cuticles, and some crooked nails.
