I absolutely love Giselle!! I drive 45 minutes to get my hair done by her. But not only do I love her I love this place. All the girls are friendly and it’s a fun place to have to sit for two hours getting your hair done. Great environment😀

My only complaint is that it could be brighter so I can see the my hair better and I wish we could see in the mirrors as the process was happening.

We called for a same day, late afternoon massage appointment back to back with Maegen and what a treat it was. I've been lucky enough to have massages all over the world and Maegen's massage ranks right up there with the best. The setting is peaceful, dimly lit, lightly scented with eucalyptus and Maegen's hands feel like 4 not two. I will return often especially since Maegen also has training in reflexology. My body thanks you.

I love Studio Hair Design. Especially Brandy. She does an amazing job. I absolutely trust her with my hair and have been going to her for almost 10 years. I would recommend her to anyone. I love Studio Hair Designs atmosphere it's always fun and friendly. They always make sure I'm taking care of and offer me refreshments. If I could I would rate it more than 5 stars. Had my first visit today with Kayla and will for sure be going back! Love my color and cut , she took so much time with me and squeezed me in last minute.... the atmosphere of the salon itself is awe...

What can I say. Kayla is the best in Michigan! I have been following her from a few salons to the studio for about 10 years now. I live in battle creek, mi now and lived in Lansing for about 7 years. I still come see Kayla! I fully trust her with my hair and no one else. The studio is one of the best salons I have ever been to. Not only do I come see Kayla, I get to chat with the other girls too. The studio is cute and country chic I love it! Highly recommend it to anyone. Go to the studio!

My friend made appointments here for my wedding from out of state. On Wednesday I stopped by for my hair trial and everything went great. It was easy to find; everyone was friendly and polite. Brandi asked many questions to understand exactly how I wanted my hair to look and gave professional advice. My mom came with me and they moved chairs to make sure she could be close to me to talk and be involved. The team helped to move around appointments and make sure my mom could schedule last minute with us. This was greatly appreciated.On Saturday myself, bridesmaids, and mom all showed up at our appointment time. The salon had been very busy that morning, but they were excited and did not make us feel rushed at all. One of my bridesmaids was unable to make her appointment (last minute wedding emergency) and they let one of my other bridesmaids take her appointment with no hassle at all. I needed to wait at the salon for my bridesmaid to finish up her appointment and mentioned I would just finish up my make up. They went above and beyond and made sure I had a comfortable spot with good light and a small mirror/stand. All of my ladies' hair turned out beautiful and it was a wonderful experience. My hair was exactly how I envisioned it for my wedding day thanks to Brandi and the rest of the team!

It is the only place I get my Haircut. I love all the girls. Brandi even came in on her day off to do my hair before. It was not necessary but very appreciated :) Thanks girls keep up the good work!

Scheduled an appointment three weeks in advance. Showed to be told that I didn't have an appointment. Additionally we discussed by phone everything that I wanted done and when I got there they made a complete scene by talking across the salon while there were other customers listening and commenting on how they couldn't what they have previously said they could because my hair is bleach blonde. Very poor customer service, don't waste your time.

We called for a same day, late afternoon massage appointment back to back with Maegen and what a treat it was.
