Very disappointed had a voucher that had expired by a couple weeks and they wouldn't honour it. Vouchers usually have 12mth validity not 6mths. Happy to take your money but not to redeem. I only got my nails done here just two weeks ago and 4 nails have already easily snapped and broke off, not including one of my thumb nails which is currently split through the middle. 2 of the nails which broke off have taken my real nail with the acrylic and left my finger tips sore and throbbing, which has NEVER happened to me before. Besides all this, whilst I was getting them done I was asked to pay before they got painted although my friend I was with wasn't asked to pay until after which made me feel very offended. I have been getting my nails done here for a very long time and have always been 100% satisfied. Walk into the nail salon to of course get my nails done the lady ask me if I can come back in an hour okay that's at 8 .... but don't you guys close at 8 😑😑😑 then she ask me if I can come tomorrow ... no ma'am I can't come tomorrow it's 7 and you are sitting there just eating ... what you're telling me is that you can't do a full set in an hour And this is the only salon I ever go to ... I moved away, tried some other nail salons but nobody has come close to the quality of nails the ladies achieve here. They are beautiful, strong but thin and don't lift even when grown out desperately needing a refill. I get long stiletto tips & will happily drive the 45 minutes each way to have them done here rather than a second rate job anywhere else I have found in Brisbane. Read Less

I'm going to give the place an ok. Today was my first time as a patron there. I got shellac and eyebrows done. A man did my nails, but he seemed to be in a crap mood and a bit annoyed. I think he just doesn't like being there. No problem since I had to catch up on 'Scandal' via xfinity, but I was happy when I was charged only $28! I will definitely go again. My regular nail shop was crowded and I tried to give them a chance. Fair environment and terrible customer service! Long story short due to poor customer service and terrible quality of craft I left! Wait time was an hour to sit in a chair for a pedicure with no structured design to who is next. once feet are soaking they tried to rush my pedi. A piece inside of the pedicure bowl broke while my feet were in and start leaking. The lady next to me pedicure bowl is making an high pitch bothersome noise. Decent enough place. Needed a quick shellac for my lunch hour and saw a sign in the window for $15 shellac! I couldn't pass it! $5 extra to remove old shellac. This is a no frills place, don't expect much but they did a great job in under an hour for $25 ($5 tip). The $15 special doesn't include cuticle trim or soak, but will do shellac. Good enough for me. Came twice. First time was great; an older woman did my pedicure and it turned out great. Someone else did my shellac (which was on special for only $15) and made sure to inform me that a manicure as well would cost extra. Hands turned out great as well. Returned for another shellac manicure on the special price day. They were quite busy for the middle of the week which wasn't a problem initially for me. Finally was seen by a gentleman and he removed my existing shellac and started working on me as if in a rush. I asked for a manicure and he quickly said I didn't need one, in a manner that was to say a manicure will take up too much time. Excuse me? How are you going to tell me what I do and do not want/need AND have the nerve to try and rush me out?! He did a decent job and then charged me $20 when the advertised price was $15. When I asked why $20, he said $5 to remove my existing shellac which was NOT stated to me not was it mentioned anywhere on the special banner about a soak off charge for soak-off. BEWARE!!!  DO NOT GO HERE!  I went here to get my eyebrows done and they were done improperly.  I decided to give them another chance and went to get a pedicure done.  When the lady ran the water I saw that there were pieces of dead skin floating all in the water and the bowl had not been sanitized properly.  I decided to ask for a refund.  When I asked for a refund, the owner pulled out $20, threw it at me, and gestured for me to get out!  I could not believe it!  You know, one of those times when you're asking yourself "is this really happening?"  I kept my cool and told him that this is not how you treat a customer.  I informed him that I had been referred there by a family member.  A family member that referred other customers as well.  I went on to tell him that word of mouth travels fast and that I would be sure to tell other people not to come here.  I'm walking to my car and the owner proceeds to follow me and as I'm getting in my car, take pictures of my license plate because I said that I would tell other people never to come here.  I'm thankful for the power of free speech and I'm exercising this right by telling everyone NEVER GO HERE!!  Save your hard-earned money and go somewhere that values you as a customer. I was way passed my time line for a pedicure so I decided to stop by this nail salon that I pass all the time. The price in the window ($20 for a pedicure) is what caught my attention. The fine print is what I missed (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for the special). I was already here so what the heck. I was greeted promptly and serviced immediately.I opted for the french manicure tip. My pedicure was extremely relaxing. This salon really gets into the massage aspect of the pedicure. The nail tech asked me if I wanted the VIP pedicure for an additional $10. The VIP treatment included a hot wax paraffin treatment, a sea salt scrub and massage and a deep tissue massage (all for your legs and feet). First thing I thought was great, now they are trying to up sale you in the nail salons. I agreed and I really enjoyed the hot wax of if all. My feet and legs felt extremely soft and the french came out great. Not everyone can perfect the curve look that is required to pull off a cute pedi. The ladies know what I'm talking about. I definitely recommend the VIP pedicure as a treat for yourself. Maybe birthday or a goal you've met. But definitely try it! Ask for Ha or the only male that works in the salon. Read Less
