I was there as my first time and was treated contrary to the reviews I had read. I think it’s because my skin colour is different! I don’t expect this from a spa in a multicultural country like Australia. Throughout the session the lady working on my nails never talked to me nor even looked at me at all. The polish didn’t look good and when I asked her boss she told me straight in the face it’s because of the colour of your hands. My gel polish started peeling off in a weeks time. Today I had my Dodgy acrylic nails fixed and painted by the wonderful team at VIP nails. They did such an amazing job and provided such wonderful service.
