I called and made an appointment for a pedicure for me and my 10-year-old daughter and we arrive 15 minutes early to our appointment and they told us they were too tired to service any more patients regardless whether we had an appointment or not. She said we’re too tired and we’re too hungry to do anymore work today. Those were literally her words. Calvin even chimed in and another nail tech from the back screamed up I’m just too hungry. This is after we waited around for hours for the appointment time to come about! I will never do business with them again and honestly don’t pull the race card often but there was no other reason for them to turn us away. Love the color they did on my toes. but after 3 days my nails don't look that good there chipping a little. When I got home I put a another top coat and there still chipping. They don't look good anymore. Would I recommend them to friends I might but I would say when you get home another 2 top coat would help them last longer. I went to try this place out after having a terrible experience at another nail place. I went to go have my nails redone here 3 days after getting them done at the other place. My experience was horrible..., these people seem like they are hard up for money ..... I accidentally broke a $1.00 glass and they tried to change me 5.00 I told them I will go and buy it back and they called the cop on me for a cheap glass after I spend 80 dollars for service for me and my daughter.... and because of the whole confusion I ended up paying them twice so they got 120 bucks from me.... black people need to support our own business and leave these people alone that treat us like trash...,, I will never go back Again and I don't recommend this place.... Since it is closer to my office, I have been to this location few times after work. I often see the same girl with an ok service. However during my last visit to get a shellac the girl was doing a pedicure, the guy and few other technicians (including the lady I believe who is the owner) was sitting with no clients. He asked me what I needed and offered to take me in. I put my stuff down and got comfortable at his desk to get my nails done. As he was preparing, an older lady with no appointment walked in with a chipped nail. While there were others sitting around, I thought it was strange that he had to get up to ask her what she needed. I could hear their conversation loud and clear. He then pursued to tell me that he was going to move me and my stuff to another table. I didn't think it was a big deal. This guy moves me to an empty table with no explanation and started doing the lady's nail. I sat there for five minutes with no one coming to check on me or let me know they will be with me in few minutes. I couldn't believe what was going on. Although it is very common at nail shops, i felt strongly discriminated against as a young professional woman whose time and money is valuable. I was so angry, gathered my stuff and on my way out I told the lady what was done was very rude and I was extremely disappointed and will never come back again. Went in for a pedicure. Will never go again. The lady that did my pedicure LAUGHED at my feet. I knew I had bad feet. I work two jobs and both of then require me standing the entire time, so I knew I had bad feet. But her job is to make the customers feet look good, not laugh at them and then start talking to their coworkers in another language. Went into get a full set. The owner of the salon waited on me and was doing my nails while I was just watching tv. He said something I didn't understand and when he had to repeat it accused me of not hanging around Asians. Just ridiculous. He also doesn't like it when you go to other salons which again is ridiculous, sometimes I go months without doing my nails and it's purely geographic, where I am at the time. Read Less

I get all my waxing done there by calvin and he is very fast and precise, all the profesionals there have always been amazing with costomer service and my nails always look fantastic they are great about making them look just how I want them to look.
