Tori is the WORST excuse of a hairdresser I have ever come across. She actually denied seeing me after I called to reschedule a appointment I had with her the next day. I gave her a 24 hour notice and...
Tori is the WORST excuse of a hairdresser I have ever come across. She actually denied seeing me after I called to reschedule a appointment I had with her the next day. I gave her a 24 hour notice and she turned me away. DISPICABLE. You are a hairdresser, not the president. I am so disgusted with her attitude and I am taking my business elsewhere!

I met with Kelly today for a 50's insprired updo, she far exceeded my expectations!! I will be back for all my updo occasions in the future and would highly recommend her.

Shay did an amazing job! I came in with hair that had been cut uneven and colored poorly. Not to mention I have hard water. I left there with exactly the look I wanted. I'm definitely going back!

I haven't had my naturally blonde hair in years. I knew it was going to be a big chore and was a bit nervous with the outcome. Kelly did such an AMAZING job on my hair! She lifted so much of my dark color with just one session and gave me the most beautiful highlights and cut. My hair has shape and definition now and I feel so fantastic. Will be a regular from now on! Thanks Kelly!!!

My 3 year old decided to cut her hair in the middle of the night. Saturday morning on a holiday weekend, where do we find a place that can take a walk-in and a mom that has no idea what can be done? Kelly was the stylist that cut my daughter's hair for the first time. She was great! She talked me through what could be done, and reassured me that a pixie cut was not the only option left. Not only are my husband and I happy with the out come(it's so adorable), Annabel is so excited and loves her haircut! Thank you Kelly and Studio 109!

Hillary did my hair for about 2 years. Hillary always did a great job on my hair and waxing my eyebrows! She is a wonderful stylist and will treat you well!

Tori at studio 109 is a great stylist- i went to her for a year when i was living in lansing and she did a great job cutting my hair (i don't get color so i can't comment on her skills there). her cuts are well priced (i cant remember exactly but somewhere between $25-35 sounds right, maybe more now). Tori listens to what you want and provides input as necessary; she quickly establishes a rapport as to what you're looking for in a cut (LAYERS!? conservative? edgy?) and makes sure to deliver on just those things.i have since moved away and long for the days of $25 haircuts and getting exactly what i wanted. i still refer to pictures of my younger self rocking one of Tori's cuts to try and replicate with my new stylist (its just not the same!)i also went to studio 109 monthly to get an eyebrow wax, i saw Tori and Sunshine on different occasions and they both did a fine job- the waxing there is very straightforward, done right at the shampoo bowl (this isn't a spa after all!) and got me in and out in 10 minutes or less. also, very affordable at $10

I haven't had my naturally blonde hair in years. I knew it was going to be a big chore and was a bit nervous with the outcome. Kelly did such an AMAZING job on my hair! She lifted so much of my dark color with just one session and gave me the most beautiful highlights and cut. My hair has shape and definition now and I feel so fantastic.
