So I went in today to get my set taken off (I have had them filled 5 times) and a full set of acrylic put back on. The old guy refused to take the set off, said they didn't need it. Fine, save some mo...
So I went in today to get my set taken off (I have had them filled 5 times) and a full set of acrylic put back on. The old guy refused to take the set off, said they didn't need it. Fine, save some money.. even though he completely disregarded what I asked him to do. While he was filing them down he burnt the top of my finger tips several times. Anytime I asked for something, the guy refused to do it. "No, no, no, you don't need to do it that way. I do it this way and it will be beautiful don't worry" He refused to give me a manicure.. I had black matte on all of my fingers except my ring finger,.. it was a blue sparkle matte. I told him I wanted exactly the same. He ended up painting them all black with sparkles on all of them. The paint job is god awful and when I complained all they did was offer to do them over. Why would I do that? So I can waste more time and money for nails that are going to look like a 5 year old got a hold of fingernail polish?! This place is a joke! He also asked me if I smoke pot and even though I told him I didn't he went on and on about how he can't wait to go home because he was going to smoke.

If I was you I'd go to Michelle's either in Lansing or Williamston they do great work five stars for Michelle's if I could give zero stars for this one they would definitely have a zero they're rude wouldn't listen to one word she was trying to tell they didn't even know how to do a matte finish definitely find some place else to go they actually need to close this place because they damn sure don't know what they're doing at all and that's 100

Very affordable prices with extra discounts Tuesday-Thursday. They offer mani/pedis, waxing, eyelash extensions and complimentary hand massages and long wait times especially on Saturday. The staff is accommodating but speaks poor or little English which can lead to miscommunication about designs or color.Beware of hidden fees such as a $3 up-charge to clip your nails before they start the service. Go early or be in for a looong wait. Go on a discount day to save more for bomb nails.

So I usually don't go here but the other nail salon was full. I like to give them the benefit of the doubt but there was a huge language barrier the nail tech didn't understand anything I was saying, told her I needed a pink and white powder fill and she preceded to give me a clear fill and when I told her for the third time she said, oh no I will paint it with pink so it doesn't look like that then covered it with pink and white polish. Charged me for a cut down which I usually am never charged for that plus didn't shape it the shape I had/wanted and she was on her iPad half the time. I will never come back here:( very disappointed with how my nails looked.

Get the Cuban girl that works there's she is amazing 20 bucks for a full set and 5 for pain they don't even cost extra for shaping. I LOVE MY NAILS

I was visiting and wanted a blow out so my hair wouldn't be a fuzzy wild mess while I was here. I was staying near the super dome so it was a nice walk there past coffee shops and a grocery market. I wish I had waited to get my mani and pedi here. Kim did my blow out, she understood my hair and tamed it, it lasted me the 3 days I was in town which was great since it was very windy. If I come back this will be my first stop.

Great place, I got in there quick they did my nails exactly how I wanted them ( Stiletto nails with diamond on middle finger) The nails looked perfect, the last place I went to was right down the street -Malibu Nails- they took about 1 hour to get me in a chair when only 3 people were in there and when I sat down the guy was rude he was watching TV (BEHIND HIM!) and doing my nails, he messed them up they weren't sharp, I wanted black and he did so but he only did 1 horrible coat! grr. At PRETTY NAILS they did mine and MIND YOU I MESSED A NAIL UP WHILE DRYING AND THE LADY REDID IT FOR FREE! CAN'T BEAT THAT HUH?!?! AND ITS CHEAP. I RECOMMEND PRETTY NAILS!

Bad customer service , had to wait 40min to get acrylics (when no one was even being waited on). Then took over an hour for the old guy to do my nails then he refused to paint them cuz he had already taken the 15.00 from me and said it wasn't included when I know it was! Very rude and very bad customer service and tons of nasty flies in their nail salon!! We'll go to KIM nails next time for sure !!!!

Wonderful experience! The staff are friendly and professional, the atmosphere is very relaxing, and they sell wonderful products as well. They carry a shampoo that is difficult to find in my home town which made me very happy! :) Kim did a "blow out" for me and I loved my hair and visiting with her in the process. She is a very friendly and enjoyable young lady and dedicated to her profession! Thank you to my son Josh and Courtney Ricci (a wonderful esthetician who works there) for this special day!

I got white tips for $15 they did an amazing job. I was a little worried by the fact that they really don't have good reviews but I love my nails. 5 out 5 stars. I got a little old guy who did them too. The wait time was about 10 mins and they were done quickly. In and out. Only thing negative that I can think of that it was $2 charge for using a debit card.

Friendly, excellent service. I got one of those half off deals to try out the place and didn't get any attitude (some places do that for some reason). Got a blow out done and it came out beautifully especially when you consider I have thick, long hair that tends to frizz that I usually get relaxed which hasn't been done since early August. Erica was great, place was clean and well lit.

I wish I had waited to get my mani and pedi here. Kim did my blow out, she understood my hair and tamed it, it lasted me the 3 days I was in town which was great since it was very windy. If I come back this will be my first stop.

Friendly, excellent service. I got one of those half off deals to try out the place and didn't get any attitude (some places do that for some reason). Got a blow out done and it came out beautifully especially when you consider I have thick, long hair that tends to frizz that I usually get relaxed which hasn't been done since early August.
