I went in to get my eyebrows arched I told the lad how I want them done she says she can’t do it I’m like really she like no mind you I have hair growing everywhere above my eyes it was the best canvas to wax those ppl are crazy they just said they can’t do it and that was it BADDDDDDD SERVICE NEVER GO THERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Horrible customer service from the owner. He got upset beacuse I told him he picked the wrong color. Then he said he did pick the right color and if it's wrong I need to find the right color. So I find the right color and he just kept going on and on about how he doesn't do nails the girls only do it and he doesn't know how they catalog the colors and really just wanted to keep arguing with me about the color. I've been here several times before and the women who work here are great...its unfourtnate that the owner is so unprofessional.

This Salon does adequate work however every other time I go there I get a tech that does not understand or speak English. It would be nice to be able to have some type of dialogue without an interpret...

I don't go anywhere else. Have never been unhappy with the services and majority of the staff are super nice (I haven't been to all of them). My nails always look gorgeous! Thanks!

The nail technician was on her phone for most of my manicure! And as a result, she cut my finger pretty bad! My nails were sloppy, My co worker asked if I did them myself! They say it depends on who i...
The nail technician was on her phone for most of my manicure! And as a result, she cut my finger pretty bad! My nails were sloppy, My co worker asked if I did them myself! They say it depends on who is doing your nails, but that is ridiculous! Every nail technician should possess the same skills and should be able to get through a 45 minute manicure without being on the phone! And not rush through the paint job. very very disappointed.

Ive been going to this nail salon for many years for my nails and eyebrows. But as of late, the service has gone down hill. The nail tech took a a casual phone call in the middle of doing my manicure and worse because she was on the phone and not paying attention to my nails, she ended up cutting my finger!!! Unfortunately, I will not be going back for my nails ever again!

Ive been going to this nail salon for many years for my nails and eyebrows. But as of late, the service has gone down hill. The nail tech took a a casual phone call in the middle of doing my manicure and worse because she was on the phone and not paying attention to my nails, she ended up cutting my finger!!! Unfortunately, I will not be going back for my nails ever again!
