I loved this nail salon! Trish and the rest of the staff are amazing! I recently moved states so I won’t be able to go in anymore *tears*, but this was hands down the best nail salon in GR. Miss you Trish, and please ignore the negative reviews they’re just salty customers. trish the owner is loud, obnoxious, and rude. after over charging me and getting my money, she loudly told me to leave her store in front of her other customers,  after i told her she over charged me.  i wouldn't waste your money there.  trish is money hungry and always pushing extra services that you don't ask for.  i will never return to this establishment where i'm not a valued customer, only someone to rush through and over charge after i told her sister natalie i didn't want a gel fill in. i was charged $33 for a fill in and a simple line design on only 2 fingers, the nail polish is already chipping off after 2 days. trish the owner is a rip off artist, constantly complaining about all the bills she has to pay, as if that's her customer's problem.  now myself, two daughter's, my friend and her daughter go to sara's nails next to culver's off the beltline, where we are appreciated, treated with respect and not over charged, talked to with no respect, or rushed because trish is short staffed.  sara's nails is nice, clean, with modern equipment and a professional staff. lastly sara's nails did an awesome job on our nails.  i am very satisfied and glad i found a better nail salon and tech to get my feet and hands serviced at. i will never go back to daily nails and i advise anyone reading this not to go either. very poor service. this salon doesn't even deserve a one star...:-(trish i'm not going to go back and forth with you.  you're very unprofessional and you play too many games.  don't dish out shit and then can't handle it when someone dishes it back.  you didn't even do my nails natalie did and she asked me what i wanted used on my nails and i told her and she applied what i asked. you began speaking in your native tongue so no telling what you told her to do, but i know what i told her. i never referred to you as rich, you are very shabby looking and you seem desperate for money, so go somewhere with that lie. you over charged me plain and simple, natalie buffed my skin twice and now the polish is coming off....and about polish....you can put polish on any kind of nail, you just try and charge more because some polishes dry faster....wow $10 more for polish that dries faster, you were hurrying because you wanted to service other customers, hence you're greedy and provide poor service while trying to herd people thru.  a good business owner with some intelligence and professionalism, wouldn't argue with customers who are unsatisfied with your work, great business owner would try and resolve the problem and do a better job next time. but obviously being loud, obnoxious, and a liar is your preferred style. lastly when i rub the ends of my nails they are rough. sad Read Less

Not enough time to list all the things I LOVE about Daily Nails. Trish and her team are warm and welcoming. Highly skilled and devoted to the highest quality. And BEST. PEDICURES. ANYWHERE!!! They certainly book by appointment if you like but are very happy to take walk-in clients too. Wouldn't go anywhere else in the Grand Rapids area! Read Less
