I came in for a gel fill-in. I ended up having all my nails taken off when it was unnecessary, had to pay for a full set, and received poor care. I have cuts around most of my nails/cuticles. I started bleeding from three nails during this. Instead of soaking or shaving down the fake nails I had on, she pried them off with her own nails & a spare fake nail. This hurt and should've been when I got up to walk away. I didn't because of how horrible my nails looked from having them pried off. Then the nail technician started to clip my nails. I noticed she was having trouble clipping and that there were nails inside of the clipper that did not come from my finger. By this time I had blood coming from three nail cuticles, my nails were burning from her soaking the fake nail in acetone before adhering it to the glue, and I knew I was out $30 for a despicable "fill-in." I do not recommend this place to anyone unless sanitation practices are put into place, the client's wishes are followed, and people don't leave with blood coming from their fingernails. (Luckily, someone came in who needed to see the lady doing my nails and so I had a different tech paint my nails. They don't look bad considering the painful and gross time I had spent there.) Don't go here! I went in two weeks ago for a gel overlays and everything was going fine until the nail tech started to bring out the products for my nails. The tech first brought out tools that are meant for preparing nails for acrylic,and then got what they claim is gel powder when it was in fact the acrylic powder. Fair warning gel is exactly what it is a gel, it's never comes in a powder and it doesn't need a liquid to activate! To to top it off the nail tech was far to aggressive on my nails, and now my nails are extremely thin and there's a indent from where the drill was used. Not happy with the results I got from here I went to another salon for a gel fill, and that's how I was able to find out I got acrylic instead. Once again don't go here they will rip you off! It's sorta hit or miss with the quality of the work. But, I still get good quality more often than not. Prices are comparable to other area shops for all services. Eyebrow waxing has always been great! I continue to patronize this business mostly due to the convienence of the location. Read Less

The customer service was poor. Additionally, one woman used an extremely aggressive drill to remove the dip that I had on my natural nail, and went too deep into my nail creating indents... The woman who shaped and painted my nails rushed through the whole process. The salon also had a generally unsanitary feel to it. Read Less

Overall experience there was horrible! Employees we're so rude she asked for payment before getting our nails done and waited to collect the money. Poor job on the pedi,  she didn't even use the pumice stone to scrub my feet which is why i wanted a pedi. Nails were not any good quality at all. My advice, do not go here. Read Less

I would not recommend USA Nail to anyone! Their place is messy and cramped and their staff is unprofessional (one was wearing sweatpants). My shellac polish came out looking different than it did in the bottle and my nails chipped the next day! I made the mistake of getting my eyebrows done too - now I have tiny stubs for brows and the girl who did them was extremely rude. Not to mention that she completely skipped underneath my brows and I had to pluck them for an hour the next day. I'm extremely disappointed because they're not cheap and all the other reviews are good. Oh and the girl sitting next to me getting a shellac mani had the UV light actually break into 3 pieces while her hands were in it! Avoid this place and go to Phoenix Nails on Stadium!! Read Less

I would not know about the place is my sister did not take me here today. Have a short trip back to Michigan to visit my family and realized that my nails was way overdue. So I thought I could use some sisters quality time. The place is just amazing. I wish there is something like this near where I live. Techs were very nice and professional. They welcomed us in like they have known us forever.  The place is clean and well organized. Sanitation is a big big plus. They clean up and sterilize equipment after every customer.  Good quality products and beautiful colors were used. They have a great selection for us to choose.  Price is super competitive for such a great service. There would not be any reason not to come here. Well, except if you live too far away.
