Best place for nails in MI! I am so pleased with my nails and the service here. The lovely staff crafted the most beautiful and thin acrylics I've ever had and her design work is immaculate. Ellen is so sweet and the rest of her crew. The energy is great along with their work! Love my nails, thought I couldn't find a place in the city that has amazing sweet people who could do incredible-beautiful acrylics!
I'm so happy I found this place. Love this nail salon! I suggest this place 100%

This place is by far one of the best nail experiences I've had in the city! I went in with a girlfriend as a walk-in for pedicures and lucked out, they were able to take us right away (really recommend getting a reservation ahead tho). I've had one of the most relaxing pedicures in years, and, in mid pedicure, the owner noticed my shoddy acrylic nails from another place and offered to do my nails as well. Again, lucky he had enough time to sit me down and explain the quality of acrylic and gel nails while he carefully and expertly shaped them. The result was amazing! They look and feel natural. Hands down one of my favorite nail places.

Got my nails done two weeks ago from them and one nail is already falling off.. i got Gel and Gel is suppose to stay on longer than acrylic.. when i get Gel at other places or Acrylic they stay on for months not two weeks and start falling off.. ESPECIALLY GEL. Wont be back and they wont fix my one nail.. My nails were different lengths. & they have really bad attitudes.. Also my friend got hers done after mines but a day later and hers already fell off already only had hers for two weeks also

I have been here multiple times and at first they were great and i loved them. But the lsdt year or so they have been going down hill. My biggest concern is their lack customer service. If they know you and you are a regular then you are great but if you are a walk in not so good. They are always late opening their store and when bringing it yo their attention the waived me off. And said that it was ok to be late. So I will be finding a new place that values everyone and everyone's time

Called from parking lot to ask how long for a pedicure... I was told no wait, when I arrived three minutes later I was seated and water was drawn then told someone else had an appointment.... I've always gone here, but the one time I'm in a rush and ask how long I'm told none and then told no your not getting yours for a half hour, that's why I called! Don't lie! Say 30 minutes!

Ellen is so sweet and the rest of her crew. The energy is great along with their work! This place is by far one of the best nail experiences I've had in the city! I went in with a girlfriend as a walk-in for pedicures and lucked out, they were able to take us right away (really recommend getting a reservation ahead tho). I've had one of the most relaxing pedicures in years, and, in mid pedicure, the owner noticed my shoddy acrylic nails from another place and offered to do my nails as well. Again, lucky he had enough time to sit me down and explain the quality of acrylic and gel nails while he carefully and expertly shaped them. The result was amazing! They look and feel natural. Hands down one of my favorite nail places.

I have been here multiple times and at first they were great and i loved them. But the lsdt year or so they have been going down hill. My biggest concern is their lack customer service. If they know you and you are a regular then you are great but if you are a walk in not so good. They are always late opening their store and when bringing it yo their attention the waived me off. I've always gone here, but the one time I'm in a rush and ask how long I'm told none and then told no your not getting yours for a half hour, that's why I called! Don't lie! Say 30 minutes!
