I give them ONE star. I was verbally harassed. They think I don't understand their language. But I do. They actually made me cry. Horrible. Absolutely horrible. My nails shit. am so upset. Honestly this has to be the worst place to get shellac done. I've never had acrylics put on here, but I get shellac done every 2 wks and when I went last week I was watching the lady put it on and I should've said she was doing it wrong. All my nails have broken because the shellac wasn't put on right and my nails were flimsy as if I didn't have any polish on. I've been a couple times in the past and the polish peeled after 2 days, but since it's close to home I gave them another try. NEVER again! I will stick with Star Nails on West Main. Read Less

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON OR TO THE ONE IN 9TH STREET WALMART!!!! THEY ARE CONNECTED AND THEY BOTH TREAT YOU LIKE A BURDEN!!!!!!! THIS PLACE IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!! I went here for 6+ years, out of convenience. They used to do a good job but the service there has gone way down hill! I haven't had a good set of nails done in months! They are not inviting or welcoming at all! They treat you like an inconvenience and they can't get you out of there quick enough! One girl like to watch her phone and text people while she worked on my nails. She didn't even talk to me and when I tried to talk to her, she acted like I was bothering her! I ended up with so much acrylic under the tip that it formed to my fingertip!!! I've been getting my nails done for about 9 years and they treat me like I have no clue what I'm talking about!!! The last set that I got and will get was done so badly that almost every nail broke or came off in about a week!!!! I've never had that many nails break since I've been getting them done!!! The couple husband and wife were very nice and some of the staff. The girl that did my nails had shellac and polish all over my fingertips and got an attitude when I asked her to remove it. She did not do it the husband or owner did it. Plus I had a spot of black on one nail, which is still there. I am unsure if I would go back, may try the other store or find another salon. Read Less
