I've gone here a few times, and every time it has been worse than the time before. I would not recommend this place unless you have two hours to spend. One hour waiting and one hour on nails. This last time I sat for 45 minutes with my nails in a bowl of acetone, only to have acetone and nail dip all over my hands. I won't be back ever. One star is being generous. Read Less

The prices seem reasonable, but once you’re in the chair they Nickle and dime you... 5 dollars, to shape and file, 5 dollars for length, 3 dollars for a matte coat, etc. I got an acrylic full set, medium length, coffin shaped nails with basic paint a matte top coat and a basic pedicure and they charged me 68 dollars. I have seen Tina 1 four times now. The first three times, very happy! This last time, I asked for my acrylics to be removed with shellac polish on afterwards. I felt like she rushed, due to one of her "regulars" coming in shortly after my set appointment had begun. Sadly, all of my shellec is coming/has come off. It has been FOUR DAYS! To add to my disappointment, HALF OF MY NAILS still have acrylic left on them! Not only that, they are left in horrible shape and ripping. I've never had this issue before. My sister and I made an appointment for two. I was very happy that the nail painters put up with my indecisiveness and the long time it took me to pick up my nail color. However The lady who is doing my sisters nails did not speak any English and it was difficult to communicate with her. This was my first time there and I will continue to go there. This is a very clean salon and a happy bunch that work there. They take there time and make suggestion that might help you in the long run. Tina 1, took care of me and was very professional. I never really write reviews as I am not a picky person but this place just sucks. I called ahead to see how much it would be for a shellac mani/pedi (I get my nails done maybe once a year so it's hard for me to spend too much on them). The lady on the phone persuaded me to get shellac instead of regular polish since the price difference wasn't even $20 (I was told shellac mani pedi would be a total of $55 and non shellac would be $38 total). So I said why not. I've never done shellac. A man named Justin did both my pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was less than enjoyable. He was so careless with my cuticles that I literally was in pain. The pedicure lasted maybe ten minutes until I was rudely shuffled over to the manicure station. Long story short, I ended with a manicure that didn't even have the nail polish on my full nail (stopped right before my cuticle). My cuticles were still there, and I literally think I could've done a better job like I normally do. To top it all off, he asked me to pay the $65. When I stopped him and said I was told it was $55 over the phone, he sort of just shrugged his shoulders in a "well sorry you still have to pay" kind of way. So I was displeased and paid the money, didn't tip super well because my nails looked shitty. two of my SHELLAC nails chipped two hours later when I was told they would stay on for weeks. I was pissed. I seriously am not hard to please. I never get my nails done. I was lied to about the price, and didn't even get what I paid for? No way. I had the worst experience ever when I was here just a few days ago.  I left with 3 fingers bleeding, and my hands were extremely sore.  I got a gel fill-in and the woman I had decided to pick all of the skin around my cuticles to the point where each finger was bleeding!!!  First of all, I've been getting my nails done for years and never have I had someone pick dry skin off during a fill in.  I was super unhappy with my experience here.  With that being said I will NOT be returning to Le's.  I am writing this review a few days later and my hands still hurt and STILL have scabs around them. Tina is the best! Great job with waxing, manicures and pedicures! They are always friendly, smiling and happy to help. It's a clean facility too with nice massaging chairs. Their shellac stays on over 2 weeks too! Read Less

This place is wonderful!  Very friendly and very clean. I had the man (presumably Mr. Le?) doing my pedicure.  I told him I'm a runner, and he gave me an amazing foot/calf massage.  Also, the massage chairs are great.   The low-level pedicure is $35.  They also do kids pedicures, so I will definitely come back with my daughter. The salon I usually go to was booked and I wanted a mani/pedi last minute before my vacation. I called a few hours before closing and they were able to fit my friend and I in that evening. They were quite busy, but we still got absolutely incredible service. The man and woman who serviced us were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. They made sure we were happy with our colors we chose and didn't rush through, even though our appointments ran over a bit past closing. I think if you get the most basic nails that are square & so short they end where your finger does than you should be fine. However, I wanted a medium length stiletto & my mom wanted almond in a medium length. The guy doing my nails obviously wasn't experienced in shaping a stiletto nail. He made more of an almond shape & asked if I liked it.  I had to instruct him to make it easier for him to get the shape I wanted (stiletto) & eventually finish filing them myself.  My nails came out looking alright but it's  not worth $50 with the sloppy paint job. My mom nails were way worse! They were extremely short with a coffin instead of an almond shape. Sadly this was supposed to be part of her birthday gift & she hated it. So I just wasted $75. The last time we got our nails done we had no problem & loved them, but sadly that was a nail shop in Minnesota. I was hoping to find a good nail shop in Michigan but so far no matter where we go it seems like everyone here has a hard time shaping nails. Read Less

Everyone here is wonderful.. Especially Yan! I have been looking for a nail salon for a couple months and I have tried so many before finding Le's Family Nails.. Yan and Tina are the best! I've been seeing Yan for years and immediately followed her to this new salon. The salon is clean and very nice. I, unfortunately, get ingrown toenails that are extremely painful, but Yan always removes them with ease for me. Best salon out there! Read Less
