They didn't even remove the dry skin around my nails and that's the reason why I came coz they're itchy. Geeezzz.. Not going back again.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I spent almost 100.00 on nails and pedis last week as a matter of fact 4 days ago, and my nails are already popping off. I always have this issue with them. I will never go back to them or recommend them to anyone. And when you want a particular design on your nails they complain. Also when I was there last week a customer came in and asked if they had time to do a fill and a pedi the one lady told her yes and the other lady told her to come back another day. They suck and their customer service sucks!!!!

Foxy nails is awful!!! Never waste your money here. All their shellac colors do not show up like they look when you chose them. Such a waste of money!!! Younger boy working there is so rude and unprof...
Foxy nails is awful!!! Never waste your money here. All their shellac colors do not show up like they look when you chose them. Such a waste of money!!! Younger boy working there is so rude and unprofessional!! They are supposed to give hand massages and the people I have had lately have all completely Skipped that part and I have seen other people doing it so I know they didn't eliminate that part. They also have such ugly colors to chose from. They do not clean out underneath your nails even if you can visibly see you have stuff under them. I am not the type of person to post on Yelp when I have a bad experience but my last 4 times going here have been awful and I have only gone when the other places were full. I would recommend if you have to chose between going to foxy nails or not getting your nails done, chose to not get it done! Such a waste of money!!

They hire extremely extremely young technicians. Or maybe it is just young sons and daughters. I am not sure. However, they act their age and are completely rude and unprofessional. Their prices for pedicures are ridiculous. But I guess that you can charge what you want when you are the only nail spa in the area.

Was not happy with the service. The girl doing my niece's nails looked about 13, didn't do anything I couldn't have done myself, and they helped themselves to a tip off my debit card that I didn't aut...
Was not happy with the service. The girl doing my niece's nails looked about 13, didn't do anything I couldn't have done myself, and they helped themselves to a tip off my debit card that I didn't authorize. Will not be going back again.

They are so unsanitary! They keep their metal tools in a little caboodle box instead of in a jar of sanitizing liquid or under UV lamps. The gal who did my manicure rushed through and finished in 10...
They are so unsanitary! They keep their metal tools in a little caboodle box instead of in a jar of sanitizing liquid or under UV lamps. The gal who did my manicure rushed through and finished in 10 minutes, and she did not wash her hands between me and her next client. I have been there before and thought the bad sanitation/disinfecting practices were a one-time deal. It is not. I've been there a few times now, and I will never go back. Gross.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I spent almost 100.00 on nails and pedis last week as a matter of fact 4 days ago, and my nails are already popping off. I always have this issue with them.
