Went this past weekend to get my nails and toes done for my wedding... my nails have waves in then and they look to chunky and my toes never received a clear coat and you can see where she put the second coat of nail polish on because she didn’t go all the way down so it looks like I have two lines of nail polish on my toes I then went to go get my nails done and told him I wanted hombre for my wedding and they said no problem the guy sat there for 15 minutes trying to figure out how to do it so then I moved to a different lady than that lady proceeded to get up keep walking around talk on her phone and I still did not get served for about 20 minutes three hours later I get to finally leave when I just went to go get my nails dipped and a pedicure Un acceptable will not be going back at all and I don’t recommend anyone else.

Went to Marie's nails & paid 40$ & gave a 10$ tip (because you pay before your nails are done) & I went in before work. Long story short they did a horrible job & I was over telling her that. Want to Znails on a Sunday at 5pm because they were the only ones open in the area & E.Z redid them & I'm 100% satisfied. Gave him a 15$ tip on a 25$ job. Definitely will be going back!

Moved to jackson roughly 3 years ago. Finding a good mask pave isn't easy and this place is by far the best place to go.

I've been here twice now.. The service is lacking.. But they do a decent job. I think I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Open on Sunday. They meant business, didn't cut corners and my pediacure was worth every dollar. I will be going back.

Loved my experience here! Got my toes done on 5/5 and they are still perfect on 5/15. Got my fingers done too but I picked them off.

Until recently this was a good place to go. The owner has returned and the level of customer service IS PATHETIC. They have no respect for your time and will make appointments and then when you show...
Until recently this was a good place to go. The owner has returned and the level of customer service IS PATHETIC. They have no respect for your time and will make appointments and then when you show up say they have to leave or you still wait 30 mins. They won't let you make appointments for a polish change however assures you it won't be long. I waited 1.5 hrs before I finally got a simple polish change.
Really disappointed in this salon. If you don't mind waiting even after making an appointment, and not being respected by the nail techs - especially the owner then this is your place.
Update... Try Le Nails. They are friendly, clean and knows how to treat their customers.

Want to Znails on a Sunday at 5pm because they were the only ones open in the area & E.Z redid them & I'm 100% satisfied. Gave him a 15$ tip on a 25$ job. Definitely will be going back!

Until recently this was a good place to go. The owner has returned and the level of customer service IS PATHETIC. They have no respect for your time and will make appointments and then when you show up say they have to leave or you still wait 30 mins. They won't let you make appointments for a polish change however assures you it won't be long. I waited 1.5 hrs before I finally got a simple polish change.
