I have been looking for a really good nail salon in Jackson for a while now. A place where they treat you good, listen to what you want, is clean, keep appointment times and have a lot of color options. This place is all that and then some. I am totally impressed!!! Great salon. They have a ton of colors, whether you do regular colors, shellac or the new SNS colors. Prices are very good as well.
Update. 7/12/18... With recent management changes things have changed. Staff is friendly and they will do a good job but unfortunately they don't take ownership of their mistakes I went in for a pedicure, fill and eyebrow waxing. Remembered my number from last time Well I guess I was supposed to know they have different brands with the same number. Even though I pointed out that the color they were applying to my toes did not match what I had in my hands. Anyways I had purple on my toes and a deep burgundy on my hands. I didn't realize how purple until I got outside. I came right back and showed them Had to schedule an appointment for the next day as they all had to go home No problem. Went in and got the polish redone on my toes... And after paying $100 the night before I was told I needed to pay another $10 for a polish change. I told him how disappointed I was .. (Leon) and he could care less. I easily spend $75 - $90 in there every month. Oh well .. I paid my$10, thanked them for their service and let them know this loyal customer will be moving on

So.... I had received a gift certificate for my birthday back in November. Never had a chance to use it until now. When I checked out and handed her my certificate, she immediately handed it over to who I presume is the owner. He rudely told me that it was expired, which is by the way against the law since 2010. I made him aware of this and he said it was his policy that it expires after 90 days. I again told him it was against the law. His rude response was “I’m done wit you! “ No sir, I’m done with YOU. WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN.

I called and set an appointment an hour ahead of time. I got to my appointment and was ignored for 25 minutes while I waited. I ended up not being able to get my nails done because I had a time constraint. Which is the entire point of setting an appointment. This isn't the first time this establishment has been unprofessional and rude. Definitely will not be coming back or recommending. And while I'm waiting to leave they're being disrespectful and rude and getting other customers involved in the conversation.

Third time in a row I have had a poor experience, was honest and told them each time, I just left there spending 78.00 for fingers and toes with shellac and I think they look like a 5 year old did them. Never have been offered a discount or refund for the poor job. Very disappointing because the first two times I went there they were great.

Called a couple of days ahead to reserve pedicures for 2 people. The time and number of people was confirmed on the phone. They called us a few minutes before the appointment, as we were pulling into the parking lot to see if we’d be on time, because they had some walk-ins that they wanted to advise as to when they could provide pedicures. We told them we were there, and in fact just a minute from walking into the shop. After we were inside, we learned they put the walk-ins ahead of us anyway, and that we’d have to wait because “they didn’t realize there were two people that needed pedicures”. B.S. This was poor form - they were just interested in maximizing their revenue this afternoon, instead of doing what’s right by the customer. We decided to wait, because we needed them before the weekend, but we were not happy , to say the least. One of us ended up getting a pedicure approximately 20 minutes after the appointment time, and the second person got theirs almost 30 minutes after the appointment time. They have always done good work (and did today), but adhering to appointment schedules today was a “miss”.

Went there today to try them cause a few people I know recommended I try them. Signed in then sat there for 25 to be told there to busy come back in 3 hours. I understand if your busy but at least tell the person when they first get there. On a positive note I'm sitting at City Nails right now getting my pedicure and there doing a wonderful job.

Had a mani and pedi done here today. My appointment was at 11 and did not have to wait. Nail tech did an outstanding job!! The salon was very clean and tastefully decorated!! The prices are very reasonable and quality of services are amazing!! They took their time and was not rushed!! They also provide hair services here!!! I recommend making an appointment and being on time for it as they get busy!! Will for sure be back!

If this is the one on Boardman Rd, I will never visit again. My feet were bleeding after my pedicure it hurt so much and lasted maybe 10 minutes.

First time going to Le Nail and first time getting a manicure in years. The person doing my nails was quiet and didn't talk to me, rushed through the manicure and had me done in less than 15 minutes. I thought going to a nail salon meant chatting and enjoying the ambiance of the facility. The person who did my nails also got nail polish on my fingers and didn't even take the time to clean it up. All in all I'd give this place a two star review... Wasn't worth the money I paid. If it would have been 15 dollars then I'd understand... you get what you pay for.

They have now moved to Boardman Road, right next to country stitches. They always do a good job at the salon, ask for pony, he is the best! Really down to earth people, clean salon, and they offer quite a bit of services. The pricing is really fair, I was shocked the first time I got nails there that it was only 25.

I have been looking for a really good nail salon in Jackson for a while now. A place where they treat you good, listen to what you want, is clean, keep appointment times and have a lot of color options. This place is all that and then some. I am totally impressed!!! I ended up not being able to get my nails done because I had a time constraint. Which is the entire point of setting an appointment. The prices are very reasonable and quality of services are amazing!! They took their time and was not rushed!! They also provide hair services here!!! I recommend making an appointment and being on time for it as they get busy!! Will for sure be back!
