I came in for my first set of acrylics and an eyebrow wax, and to be honest, I'll never go back. My nail tech cut me three different times during my appointment, one left me with a steady flow of blood from the cut. She did not respond to me the several times I mentioned the issue. She pushed me to get my nails shaped square, even though I didn't want them shaped that way, and I ended up with them squared off, even though I told her I wanted them rounded. My nails lasted a week before they started to chip and peel away from the nail bed.
My brows looked barely touched after she waxed them. She never once asked how I wanted them shaped, or gave me time to tell her before she started applying the wax.
Before she put the polish on, she tried three times to push me to go to the ATM to pay cash only, even when I told her I would be using my card, and refused to get cash out.

A young man did my pedicure, everything was great until the polish. There must have been 12 costs , it was very messy and left like that. I eventually had them fixed but spent over 2 hours in the salo...
A young man did my pedicure, everything was great until the polish. There must have been 12 costs , it was very messy and left like that. I eventually had them fixed but spent over 2 hours in the salon and was still charged full price. Will not be returning EVER.

Worn out dirty furniture is just the beginning. I should of know to judge this book by its cover.They do not autoclave to clean utensils.When the staff member opened her utensil box, it was dirty inside with nail dust, pieces of nail and cuticle.Hand towel at manicure station looked like it had never been washed.The staff member rushed through the manicure and only did a so-so job.Will never return

I went to get my chin waxed and pedicure done. When I arrived I had to wait over an hour. The young boy who did my feet was nice but was very inexperienced. My paint job was horrible. The lady who waxed my chin left hair on my chin and the wax job was very painful. I didn't notice the hair lefted on my chin until I examined my chin in the sunlight verses the shop light. I am really displeased. I waited over an hour for less than okay results. Never again will I go to that Shop. Never knew how hard it is to find a good nail Shop. Guess I will have to make the drive to Battle Creek monthly.

I had gone in for a gel manicure and was delighted with the workers. However the actual manicure was rushed and very sloppy. The polish doesn't even go up to my cuticle on one finger and on the other ...
I had gone in for a gel manicure and was delighted with the workers. However the actual manicure was rushed and very sloppy. The polish doesn't even go up to my cuticle on one finger and on the other it does. I highly suggest looking at other nail salons. They even rushed the drying and putting on polish so some of it covers my nail and the rest doesn't. I will never be visiting this salon again.

I went in there for a pedicure and acrylic nails. The pedi? The only decent part of my experience. Bare minimum though, but not terrible, I fully understand that you get what you pay for. The nails though... the nails turned out TERRIBLE. I asked for white tips, with a line of glitter and then I wanted my ring finger to have the same color my toes had on it. The girl rushed through them, and I had already been there for over 2 hours, so when she finished, I had to leave. When I got to the beach about 6 hours after I had them done, the sand ruined my nails. I don't think I will ever come back to this salon again.

One of the worst experiences I have had at a nail salon. I got a French manicure and pedicure in preparation for a job interview a couple days later. Not even 5 hours later, I had cracks all over the polish on my toes. The nail artist who painted my nails did such an awful job. The white tips were blotchy and she misses the sides on practically all of my nails. I was told that it would cost 30 dollars for both. I ended up paying 45. I'm not one to complain normally, but I was obviously very upset by this visit. That is the first and last time I will go there.

They do a decent job, prices are reasonable, staff is friendly.My problem is the product is NOT good, my nails lifted and chipped in no time at all.

The nails though... the nails turned out TERRIBLE. I asked for white tips, with a line of glitter and then I wanted my ring finger to have the same color my toes had on it. Not even 5 hours later, I had cracks all over the polish on my toes. The nail artist who painted my nails did such an awful job.
