Alright, the only issue I had was communication issues. I wanted a gel manicure and since it was my first manicure I didn't know what to expect. I didn't realize they weren't giving me what I wanted until they placed shellac on my nail. I was shy and let them do it, especially since I was late to my appointment and they seemed to loose their patience with me. They actually made my stubby bitten nails look nice. There's a little shellac on the skin on my index finger but nothing to bad. What threw me off though is they charged thirty dollars. I asked my friends and they think I was charged for a gel. Their website does claim they do gel nails, so I'm a little dissapointed by the confusion. Especially since I said I wanted gel nails atleast three times within the entire experience. I got a mani-pedi for $35 and gave a generous tip. The pedicure came out great. When the technician was doing my manicure (a regular) it seemed the OPI polish she was using was gloopy. One day later half of my thumb nail polish was already off, plus all of the tips. I went back the next day and one of the technicians told me that's normal with regular nails, which is completely untrue. Every other time I've gotten a regular manicure, it has lasted about 5 days. I'm not expecting any miracle - I AM expecting them to be gracious and re-do it. I had to raise my voice to even get them to pay attention to me, and this technician tried to rally support from other customers against me. Instead of apologizing, they tried to defend themselves and humiliate me. One of the technicians said he would re-do it for me, and now I'm waiting.Read Less

Went to get a refill here today, only because all of the other salons had long lines and they were empty. Now I know why that is. I am so extremely disappointed in how bad of a job she did. I didn't feel welcomed at all and my nails look like a 4 year old painted them. I highly do not recommend this place! Read Less
