Very disappointed, I watched a nail tech move from doing a manicure to a different pedicure not sterilizing tools. I listened to the owner 3 times tell a customer what they wanted to hear, even when you could see it wasn't true. The conversation between my nail tech and me, non existent, but with coworker in a non english conversation, non stop.

I used to go here religiously, it would be the only one I would go to. But when I give 5 stars it means its always consistent and that is not the case lately, it is really hit or miss. Sometimes they take you right at your appt time or before and they do an amazing job and it restores my faith in them. Other times they take you WAY past your appt time and are incredibly rude to you. They used to be very nice and friendly and personable but I think since they have gotten bigger so have some of their egos.

Love this place. They have a huge selection of colors in both shellac and dip powder. It's very clean and will always work to accommodate your schedule. Their artistry is amazing.

Went here with my cousins right before my wedding. We had appointments and each of us was sat within five minutes. They kept us together as well, which we appreciated. It was the first time I'd been here. There is a large color selection (regular polish and shellac). My nails turned out great! Even more importantly... they lasted!! I got a full acrylic set with shellac polish. Two weeks later and there are NO CRACKS and NO CHIPS. The only reason I'm going to get a fill soon is because my nails have grown out so much. I'm very impressed. I genuinely wish I could back, but I just moved to New Jersey. If I ever have time when I'm in town visiting I will be going back!

Came here for the first time yesterday. I didn't have an appointment and I was sitting in a chair getting my nails done in about 5 minutes. The woman that did my nails was very friendly and easy to talk to. She did an amazing job with my manicure. I will definitely go back.

This has easily been my all-time favorite nail place. The staff is friendly, they offer a great range of services at a fair price (student discounts here too!), and they do quality work. I've always worked with Anthony and gotten SNS, and he's meticulous in making sure I'm happy with the shape, thickness, and anything else. I'm a very picky person when it comes to my manicures, as in, I can stare at a nail long enough and convince myself it's uneven. No matter, Anthony has always been patient with me, and I've never left unhappy. They're also great at building rapport with clientele. I have easy conversation each time I visit, and Anthony has kindly taken care of quick fixes for me on more than one occasion.Do yourself a favor & book an appointment for yourself soon!

Went here a few months back with my boyfriend for pedicures. His pedicure was more expensive than mine - we both got a basic and I had color. It was hardly an experience - they didn't use a base coat (I've never seen that before) and my pedicure chipped less than a week later. Not impressed - wouldn't come back.

Anthony was able to repair my bad nail job done by a competitors nail salon. My nails look like a million bucks!!! I am soo impressed. Thank you Anthony!!!

I listened to the owner 3 times tell a customer what they wanted to hear, even when you could see it wasn't true. I used to go here religiously, it would be the only one I would go to. But when I give 5 stars it means its always consistent and that is not the case lately, it is really hit or miss. Sometimes they take you right at your appt time or before and they do an amazing job and it restores my faith in them. Other times they take you WAY past your appt time and are incredibly rude to you. They used to be very nice and friendly and personable but I think since they have gotten bigger so have some of their egos.

Went here with my cousins right before my wedding. We had appointments and each of us was sat within five minutes. They kept us together as well, which we appreciated. It was the first time I'd been here. There is a large color selection (regular polish and shellac). My nails turned out great! Even more importantly... they lasted!! This has easily been my all-time favorite nail place. The staff is friendly, they offer a great range of services at a fair price (student discounts here too!), and they do quality work. Went here a few months back with my boyfriend for pedicures. His pedicure was more expensive than mine - we both got a basic and I had color. It was hardly an experience - they didn't use a base coat (I've never seen that before) and my pedicure chipped less than a week later. Not impressed - wouldn't come back.
